First bad EQ/ED - need advice!
I’ve recently had my first encounters with ED and poor EQ ever in my life, please help!
I’m on my 4th or 5th month of doing PE in earnest, my routine is generally a more intense version of the newbie routine and almost always looks something like this:
-warm up (rice sock) 5 minutes
-manual stretches with theraband for grip - 5 -10 minutes total
-sometimes a pretty intense session of ‘a stretches’ for 5 minutes total
-alternating jelqing and hand clamping/squeezing - 15 to 20 minutes total
-warm down (another round of heating) 5 minutes
Then throughout the day I’ll sometimes do fowfers or silicon sleeve anti-turtle ADS device.
Thats it really, one session only, total of 30 to 45 minutes, not too intense.
Usually its 3 or 4 days on, one or two days off, depending on how things are feeling.
Early on I had fantastic EQ and great PI and great gains in both length and girth.
I haven’t seemed to hit a plateau and recently I even hit new lengths in flaccid stretch length (7.5”)!
SO, in recent weeks its been harder to keep it up during my sessions, and in the past week I’ve had two separate sessions with the wife where I simply could not get it up. That has never happened to me before and its very disturbing.
I haven’t increased intensity really, though I have been putting more emphasis on hand clamping lately. My girth and flaccid hang has definitely improved lately as a result, but who cares if it doesn’t get up!
Any advice?
Rest a week?
What have I done wrong or different?!
