Finished the newbie routine a few thoughts on where to go from here
So I’ve finished the newbie routine and whilst I’ve not experienced any big ‘newbie growth’ I think this is probably down to starting out with pretty loose tendons anyway. Either way I feel my EQ’s gone up. Now I’m looking at adding either a small amount of clamping and pumping or hanging as well as keeping up with the manual PE.
So I’ve a few questions for the more experienced in these matters.
Do pumping and clamping go together well? Also has anyone tried viagra in conjunction before pumping?
When clamping what do people mean by sets? I’ve looked at the starting out thread but can’t seem to work it out, I think I’m just being an idiot.
