First of all, Bc muscle is the muscle to tense when kegel.

these areas move when I kegel:

From the lower shaft all the way to the area around my anus.

Is that right?

I have tried to tense only the lower shaft and like half the way to area around the anus but its impossible.

If the anus area shouldn´t tense while kegel is there any way to not tense that area?

You should try and focus the force of the contraction in the perineum area, not the anus. But as I said, it’s OK, and normal, for the anus to tense up when doing kegels. Try clenching your anus as hard as you can. Then, after relaxing for a few seconds, do a kegel. Feels different, right?

I think I have done it right already from the beginning, it´s just that my erection is worse than ever.
Ofcorse it depends from time to time but at most the times it takes a lot of effort to become erect. And then, when I am erect is even worse to stay erect. To example if i stop touching it and try to do some kegels, after like 2-3 kegels I am semi-erect. yeah, and did I mention I was 19…………..

I can´t understand this, If I tense the right muscle while kegel, it feels strong as hell, but my erect sucks.

Try taking a couple of days off PE nyera, and reduce the amount of kegels you are doing. If you are losing erection strength after doing very few kegels, it suggests your BC is over-trained. Build them up slowly again. If you are not doing too many/too hard kegels, it may be some other part of your PE that you are over-doing. Everyone experiences mild periods of ED if they have over-trained; it’s normal.

I don´t think that’s the problem. That´s making all this stuff a real mystery. I started PE 1 year ago, then in the summer I stopped. I started again doing like 4 sessions in December, but notice I have a hard time with my erect so I haven´t done more PE than that ,except a few kegels. I have rested like a half a month now and still my erection sucks… :(
The only thing I can think of is that I overdid PE when I started and now I have permanent damage for life or something. I guess I have to stop with doing a few kegels from time to time too.

Please guys I am really worried. Maby it´s something about my lifestyle that is the sourse of the problem.

Like watching to much porn or something, could that be it.

Try going a week without touching you penis except for taking a piss(No porn, no masturbation, or at least don’t cum). Then see if it has improved, it might help.

I doubt you have done any permanent damage.
