I use 5.5 Kg or 12.1 pounds but I started to hang with 2.2 pounds. I made my own hanger from the runners bike tire and cable clamps, cost me almost nothing.

Good job man!! What do you attribute most of the girth gains to? I started at 4.5” girth as well, and after only 2 month at about 4.6”, but that’s just jelqing and minor 440’s and couple other girth ideas mentioned on these forums. I switch them up every few days as well. I just need to get more commited I think. I love reading about these gains in such short times too!! Way to go!

I started with 1 Kg or 2.2 pounds then I increased my weight according to my feelings, if you hang you must feel that it is a good stretch not too painful and no too comfortable,actually it is about how good stretch you can get, the weights are unimportant.

I hang always downwards.
