Finally taking PE more seriously and success story

Hi all! So I’ve been lurking Thunder’s for about a year and a half now. I checked out newbie routines. I was really on and off. But I still got some results. The first time I measured before I got into PE, I measured around 5.25” BPEL and 4.0”EG (about 4.1 base, 3.9 mid, 4.0 top). Now I am measured at 6”BPEL and 4.5”EG (4.5 base, 4.3 mid, 4.7 top). I am still no where near my longterm goal, which is 7.5” BPEL and 5.7” EG. But I think my short term goal within the next two years would be about 6.75” BPEL and 5.1” EG. I have definitely seen results. But I want to take a step further and be more involved in this community(posting and all that), and start using hangers and pumps. There are several guides on this forum that I found pretty resourceful. But I have a few questions, what are some brands that I can find in stores? I’m trying not to buy online (because I feel its more discreet because the people I live with usually see my packages). I’d rather withdraw money and go to a store. I was thinking about buying both a hanger and pump, and something I can start off wearing all day(ADH I believe). Also I can use tips on how to keep my PE on the down low, because I am living with some housemates (where to hide equipment etc).

Calm down, the worst thing to do would be trying everything in a hurry. What has been working on and off has high chances to give you something more; what you never have done, it is unkown if can give you gain. So stick with the manual exercises ;when they stop working, you’ll think to something else.

Hi marinera, thanks for the advice. I know, I’m not going to be pushing myself too far when it comes to hanging or pumping. I read that some people that are mainly doing manual exercises throw in some pumping and hanging occasionally in the week, and I thought it would possibly work for me. And I wanted to get the tools I need within the week for the future (probably much later this year or next year) because I will be busy/at school(and I know they don’t have those kind of shops there).

As for what has been working for me, I’ve been doing a lot of uli’s, jelqs, and horse squeezes. I also do some stretching, all directions, and this other stretching one where you use two fingers and place it along the side of your penis and pull the other direction, in every direction (forgot what its called).

That’s not the newbie routine.If with ‘horse squeezes’ you means horse440, I would avoid that exercise. I’d add more stretches or jelqs instead.

Sorry, I guess I wasn’t clear enough. I started out with the newbie routine. As I said, I was here lurking around for quite some time. And I did do the newbie routine, and incremented my jelqing sessions and all that. I still do that routine but just add in some new things and I see better results. When I say I was on and off, I still did it a few times a week, but was much more inconsistent because of other priorities in life. (But I’m making PE a bigger priority now). I’ve injured myself probably about two times and had to take a break, so I understand the risks and when not to push it.

Then check out the Captains Wench, it’s easily hidden and I find it more than adequate for hanging and stretching, a pump would be a bit harder to hide from housemates that don’t respect your privacy.

Wow thanks! That looks like a great introductory hanging/stretching device. I think I’ll go to the store and try to pick up the stuff today. I’m trying to think of an excuse in the case I get caught with this. Flash light holder? Haha.. Not sure.

Well the strap comes of and it works very well as a two finger brace for when I strain a finger lifting weights, my girlfriend has seen me several times with my fingers wrapped and then braced, I have several cable clamps around the place clamping cables. :)

I went ahead and made my wench today. I also followed this guideline to make a ADS. The Captn’s Wench Amazing ADS

It seems to be pretty decent. I think I will take a while to get used to the feeling, and I’ll probably have to only wear long pants. I’ll probably be starting off only stretching a few times a week. But I’m not sure for how long. I’m going to take it easy if anything, don’t want to hurt myself :)

I’ve tried stretching, 2 days on, 1 off. I seem to already be getting results. I can sort of feel a light tension in my penis (not painful). But the result is mainly flacid result (which I don’t mind). But I can definitely see this doing well in my routine.
