Finally Seeing Gains

I was very skeptical about PE.. But I kept at it even with no gain for the first 2 months.

But after about 3 months now, I noticed a big difference, and measured.

.5+ inches length and .5 of an inch girth.

Congrats! Which routine did you use?

My 1st month I started out with a hot wrap and a basic jelq. I saw no gains, and I felt it was really light on my penis too.. But the next morning I had the most rediculous morning wood, so I figured jelqing couldn’t hurt right ^^.

2nd month I moved into jelq-squeezes, but I always warmed up with basic jelqs. I’d do around 150-200 total jelqs.

3rd month, since I am still seeing no noticable gains, I decide to apply more force to my jelqs - squeezing tighter at the base and tugging slower and harder - and move up to about 250-300 per session. I also started stretching with a basic rotating stretch and V-stretch for about 4-5 minutes per session.

My gains have been fantastic, but I think I am being a little rough on my unit. This past week I skipped a “rest day” and I don’t think I should’ve. I’m getting a few Negative PI’s, so I think I’m going to slow it down a bit.

Wow, you seem like a fast gainer. My gains come at only half your speed.

Those are awesome gains for 3 months :up: . Glad you finally saw some improvement. I’ll be posting my results in about 2 days, I hope to have around the same gains as yourself, but I’ve only been doing my new routine for a month and half.


Current measure ment 8-2-06 EL- 5.5, EG- 5.25, BPEL-6 7/6, BPFSL-7.25

Short term goal EL- 6.0, EG-5.5

Long term goals EL- 7 to 7.5, EG- 5.5 to 6.0
