Hello all, Sorry for my bad English, I’m 18 years old, and a virgin, I’m afraid to have sex.
I’m PEing for a 2 weeks now, I’m 13cm (5.1’) BPEL and 10.8 cm(4.25) EG :(
Yah, a little tool, and I’m a shame, I’m thinking about it every day, every couple of hours, and it’s keeping me crazy, I thought of going to therapy, this subject is harming my mind and soul..
I’m Really going crazy, I MUST gain.
It is hurting my self confidence, I have a GF for 2.5 months now, we are going to have sex in 2-3 months.
DUREX condoms are big for me and I really don’t know what to do (my banana shape penis isn’t helping much with condoms too).

My Goal is not in the sky, I want to gain 1.4 inch in BPEL and 0.75-1 inch in the EG.
(Do you think I can do it?)

So I’ll be 6.5 BPELx5 EG (at least).

I’m following the newbie routine for now, and I thought about buying the Andro penis device.
I want to Use it 5 daye a week for 6-9 hours a day, and to do manual JELQS, Stretches and maybe CLAMPING.
I have a big need to girth and length

I thought of starting a routine which will be like that -
2 days Using andro penis + 1 on one of those days do 10 min’ of jelqing and stretching.
One day rest
2 days Using andro penis + 1 on one of those days do 10 min’ of jelqing and stretching.
One day rest
And so on.

Thought of clamping because of my need to get girth and fast.

I want to gain an inch in length with in 6 months, and after a lot of reading I’m hoping that the andro penis device will help me.

What do you think?

PE too fast is not safe. Believe me you will likely gain the most with the Newbie Routine.

Don’t you think that I’ll benefit from combining the Newbie routine (which I have hard time to do) with an extender device like the andro penis?

And My penis is small, thin and I don’t think that I’m a fast gainer, but I’m a believer, please don’t try to encourage me with saying that my penis size is fine, because it’s not :(

I won’t encourage you, because that will fuel your frustrations rather than get rid of them. All of my gains came from manual jelqing. I am an expert on manual jelqing. Even guys who hang or pump or do ads start out with the Newbie Routine. Describe why newbie routine is hard for you.

PE is not a sprint it is a marathon it will take a while, some don’t see gains right away some do most of there growing in the first few months on the Newbie Routine.

I’m having trouble doing the routine because I’m living with my parents \ brothers, and it’s not easy to do warm ups \ downs + Jelqs & stretches with out no one noticing that some thing is fishy.

I need to learn how to Jelq better, so I thought that I’ll combine the newbie routine with an extender, that will be used 5 days a week and the routine will be reduced to 3 times a week, and the all thing will be kept on secret, I’m still in high school, and joining the army in 8 months or so.

By the way, if I’ll start a Diet, for something like 2 months, and I’ll Lose something like 9-11 Lbs, will it decrease my gains? Because I will eat less calories then my body will use to maintain and I’ll be on a negative calorie balance (which means that I’ll eat less then the body need = rid’ of fat) - basic dieting.

Will it infect any future gains? Will it harm the recovery of my penis in this period?

Dieting may actually help, if your overweight by as much as 30 lbs losing this will expose more of your penis that was hidden in body fat. But don’t reduce your caloric intake more than 500 calories per day. Your body will figure this out and slow down your metabolism to conserve body fat stores. Exercise will help your lose faster as well.

Because you do not have much privacy I can see your dilemma but there is stealth PE and fowfers.

Fowfers a gentle type of PE that is a continuous stretch of the penis there are two types of fowfers “sitting fowfers” and “bed fowfers”.

Fowfers: while you are sitting at your computer take your penis stretch it a little and tuck it between your legs. (Between your left thigh and left testicle. You can also change sides from left to right right to left.
Bed fowfers:
While you are tucked away at night under the covers you can stretch your dick out and tuck it between your legs and lay on your side. You can do PE while you sleep.

Stealth PE:
Piss pulls, after you take a piss get in a few stretches, when finished doing a few of these you can do a few dry jelqs.
When visiting a public bathroom use the stall instead of the urinal, close and fasten the door take a piss. Do your mini PE routine.

Shower PE:
Take a longer shower, you can get away with that.
Warm up the bathroom close the window let it get steamy.
Steam will help you warm your cock up.
Get under the hot water stretch!
You can probably get in about 30-50 jelqs in the shower.
When you finished dry off, comb your hair, brush your teeth.

If you are concerned about time and privacy, try what I am doing:

I am having some luck splitting up the routine.

I jelq in the morning, and stretch in the afternoon or evening. Sometimes vice versa.

This splits up the time pretty well and makes it all seem less difficult to steal some time away from curious prying eyes.

To me it is easiest to get the stretching done — just go into the bathroom and do a few sets. It only takes a few minutes.

Jelqing requires a little more time and prep — shower time is good for that.

I had a thread back a few pages asking if it was ok to do this. Many answered YES.

I have had gains since I started.

I would advise going slow — I am doing only about 80 or 90 jelqs and currently 3 sets of stretches. I exercise one day and then take a day off. Sometimes I have even taken two off.

I have been at it for a month and have made some gains in that time with this gentle routine.

Later you can add the stretcher/extender device if you really need to.

Listen to Kingpole, he really knows what he is talking about.

Remember that your girlfriend loves you for who you are. Her love is not about your penis. Every guy in the world has a penis — she has chosen you because of everything you are and all the qualities you have.

So please don’t tie up your confidence in your penis. You have plenty to be confident about. And women LOVE a confident man.

If you want a larger penis, that is fine — we all do; but you do not need to have the anxiety you are feeling.

Clamping is not for newbies. Every thread I have read on it stresses this. You penis must be thouroughly conditioned, and you must be very aware of your body. For newbies clamping is very dangerous - you can injure yourself.

You will gain girth with your jelqing program. In addition, you are only 18. Your penis is probably not done growing naturally.

Again best of luck and try splitting things up as I suggested. Be gentle and you will grow.

Kingpole, thanks a lot! And I’m not that fat, I’m 14-15% body fat and I would like to be 11-12.
Do you think using the extender will help in the future? Lets say in a month from now?
After being 1.5 month in PEing I’ll add the extender, and after about 3 months from the beginning I’ll add Clamping.

Can Some one give me an example video of wet Gelqing where it showed clearly? I haven’t saw the wiki videos yet I’m going to school and I’ll sit on the computer on the afternoon - NO PRIVACY AT ALL so it is hard to see penises on the computer, I don’t want my family to think wrong thoughts :P

Conquering my goals.

I been using newbie routine for 1 month with great result.

I also live with the parents, and just lock the door.
You 18, so just tell them it’s privacy like I did the few first time, and they never bothered again.

I would never hurry in this kind of exercise even I’m a newbie to this kind of penis sport :) .
I even think I’m going to stay at the newbie routine for maybe 3 months to be sure, I can handle the next step.
