Hi all,

I came across Thunder’s roughly two or three months ago and didn’t believe anything that I read at first, due to the general lack of scientific consensus on penis enlargement and the constant reminders of fraudulent products, etc. After reading a lot of threads here and on a few other websites, it seems that there are definitely a lot of people who have actually experienced genuine gains through natural exercises, and whilst substantial proof (imagery, etc) is scarce, I believe that there are too many real stories of success for it to be ignored.

To make a long story short, I’ve always been deeply anxious about my size and it has unfortunately stopped me from pursuing relationships and doing a lot of things that I should be free to do. Coupled with some nasty general anxiety and self esteem issues, it makes for a pretty unwelcome headspace. A great shame as I know that I’m an intelligent, caring person. Sorry for the ‘poor me’ introduction to this forum, but these concerns have to be recorded in some way.

My current stats are 5.5 NBPE (maybe 5.8 BP) x 4.5 MEG (just under 5 at base). My main concern is girth, as I have a slight curve halfway up my shaft which means that half of my unit is only 4” girth. I find this extremely embarrassing to be under average in both dimensions, and as a 23 year-old man who should be proud of my body it is rather frustrating.

I’ve been doing the JP90 beginner routine for roughly 2 months or so and have started doing fowfers in the hopes that my flaccid increases in some way, as I’m unfortunately a grower at the same time. In the time that I’ve been practicing PE, I only noticed positive PI’s maybe once or twice in the very beginning, with a few morning erections that I could swear felt wider at the sides. As I’m only 23, EQ has never really been an issue, so it’s been hard to try and pick up any signs from my body, apart from an increase in some veins which appear a little thicker and perhaps more pronounced. I’m also having trouble with my erection level while jelqing, and feel that I can only maintain an almost flaccid state - it’s either a full erection or not enough it seems.

Sorry again for the long and rather unhappy post, but I thought it best to kick off with my current situation and my motivation for PE (besides maintaining good health). I also want to say that having read a lot of threads in this forum, there are a lot of genuinely caring people that are always happy to help and give guidance, which is reassuring for a newcomer.

If I could gain 0.5 in NBP length and 0.5 in EG, I feel it would change my perception and boost my self confidence immensely. Anything else would be cream.

Tsar, welcome to the forum. The concerns that you mention are not all that uncommon here. Most of us have, or have had, some anxieties about our size. I guess , after all, that’s why we’re here! 2 Months is really a fairly short time to be seeing any major results. Some guys do, but for most of us it takes that long to just get the techniques figured out. It sounds like you’re beginning to see (and feel) some changes so keep it up. Work at training with a good semi-erect state. There’s a learning curve with PE. Good luck!

2 things I notice about your initial post are that you don’t seem like you have taken and recorded your initial beginning measurements and you are not on a newbie routine. If you are not sure of your BPEL you should record that as soon as possible so you can see that you have actually gained a few months down the road. In most members personal experience you will find them saying that their best gains were during the first few months while on the newbie routine. I know that when I took my second set of measurements about two months after I started and saw that I had gained a half an inch of length it did wonders for my motivation. Welcome and good luck.

If I am in the average range then that’s a confidence boost, however I certainly don’t look or feel average. I hope that it’s more a case of my perception that is skewed!

I’ll try to get some exacting BPEL measurements for reference, and will try my best to continue PE with a decent erection level whilst focusing on keeping dedicated..

Hoping to see some positive PI’s soon and would love to see some flaccid changes!

Welcome to the site. I’m sure , if your dedicated , you will have success. It seems that everybody here has gotten some kind of gains if they have been dedicated and consistent.
In my experience my advice would be to take some accurate starting stats and pictures then post them into the progress forum. That way you can accurately monitor your own progress. I wish I had done that at the start.
I’ve recently just started up again so have posted there. My main problem is consistency due to time constraints.
