Finally newbie gains for how long
I made my first set of newbie gains after exactly 1 month of PE’ing! I measured in at 6.3” BPEL, and I don’t have an effective means of measuring EG so I’m gonna keep that measurement as is (taken a long time ago). Hopefully the gains keep coming, and I’m going to try to find a curve fixer (mine curves slightly upwards).. My routine for the past couple weeks has definitely felt most effective, let me know what you think of it.. It’s based slightly on a rotating schedule so the jelqs switch with jelqs, and the bends switch with stretches etc:
5 min warm up (rice sock)
2 OR 3 sets of O-bends
3x50 jelq OR 3x75 dry jelq
5 min re-warm
1 OR 2 sets of 2 min stretches in each direction
Quick cool down
+ Multivitamin and B complex, will be getting arginine soon
