Yes. I have noticed that too fast strokes causes turtling for me. Now I’ve been doing these slow jelqs for a long time. No more turtling.

I have continued with my new found affinity for jelqing. I still can’t believe the difference I feel between now and before. It reminds me of the first time I put on eyeglasses. I though I could see normally, then with glasses I discovered individual leaves in the tree tops.

I give the jelqing all the credit for my first length gains in a few years. Just this morning I reached a new max length in my bathmate of 21cm. This continues to be amazing to me. Even more amazing is the improved and continued higher erection quality. I can only imagine that years of pulling, stretching, pumping, clamping etc primed my dick for gains once I started really jelqing.

I am still hearing incredibly motivational comments from orgasmic young women. Keep at it fellas. This stuff works!

I’m a big fan of wet jeqing and do it five times a week after my hanging sessions.

I tried it before a hanging session last week and I found my dick to be too stretchy and thin and couldn’t get enough grip with the clamp, so I’ve gone back to doing my jelqs last.

Hanging has provided me with an extra 1/2” of flaccid hang that I noticed the other day, going from 5” to 5 1/2” flaccid, but the jelqing gives me massive EQ and mid shaft girth (I think) that wasn’t there six months ago.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Great that you gained! Your new found affinity. :) I think there are quite a few of us who were awakened! This morning I did 3,000 jelq’s in one bout! (1-3/4 hrs)
I love the increased EQ and speed at which I can achieve rock hard. When I get back from vacation in July I may add some clamping. I hate to change my routine but at the rate I’m going I’d be at 5,000 jelqs a day by September. (I’ll be getting carpal tunnel)

After reading the forums for a few days I had my first attempt today.

I watched the video’s, and it felt great. A little too great and I didn’t last the whole 10 minutes before I had a pretty intense ejaculation. Is this a common thing for novices?

Mrmonow: Very common for me. Only it happens more now than when I was a novice puller. I lose control while edging with my jelqing/kegeling routine. I have to say that PE works. In more ways than you can imagine.

How much stretching are you doing?

I’ve been getting in to doing 10 to 15 minutes of rice socking ..
Feel like if I get it “good and loosed up” with heat, then stretch, THEN jelq,
I’m the better for it.

Yesterday I had my first “eureka” moment while jelqing,
I realized that for me ,the best way is the overhand,
That way I apply a perfect pressure all the way tonthe glans.

I am extremely excited to continue my PE.
Started June 9 this year . Just shy under 5” with a final goal of
16.5cm

pontius, I haven’t been doing a lot of stretching lately as the high quantity jelqing is taking up my free (PE) time. I like to get the 10 min. hot tub and BTC stretch in every morning but it doesn’t always happen. I do enough reps without a break that my dick is plenty hot by the time I finish up. If your doing 500 or less I think the heat is great and I used to do pre and post heat at that quantity of reps.

I want people to know that it has taken me months of increasing my routine to get my dick conditioned to take the workout I do. Please be careful and do not injuer your dick! It is the only one you will ever have. Respect it and do not hurt yourself! It is to easy to get over zealous when you begin and others here will tell you horor stories of what time it takes to heal some of the more serious injuries. Not to scare people away from PE. I jsut want everyone to be safe with it and grow! :)

Well, I’m doing 400 jelqs and 10 minutes of mixed stretching and V-stretching 1 days on and 1 off. And I believe that it will work!

I recommend trying easier routine for everyone at some point. If you feel like your routine ain’t working, maybe try this.

Your routine seems like it IS pretty intense .. As far as 90% jelq routines go. ;)

I don’t think I could generate that kind of heat, because
I’m mostly using a homemade power-jelq device,
As it seems to be the only thing that really collects, holds,
And pushes blood up through to the head with any consistency.
(Every time I do a jelq it goes from 70% to 100% as I squeeze)

On the other hand (hey, masturbation puns!) when I manually jelq, unless I’m super aroused, I can’t collect, or distribute up the shaft, that amount of blood. I don’t know why. Sometimes towards the back end of a session, I will be aroused and “stretched” enough with the power jelqer (which is the dick equivalent of one of those old 50s fat burning devices, lol) that I CAN switch over to manual jelqing and get really good, head swelling, results.

But I’m not sure, unless I suddenly got like EQ Of The Gods, that I could ever generate your kind of heat with my hands! Rice sock it is!
