Hi , first of all congrats for the great forum.

I start this week with 2 wet jelqing sessions some Stretches and pumping head and all over penis. When my penis get warmed I will start with clamping for extra girth.

My current size is 6.5-6.75 x 5.5 and I hope to get a 8.00-8.5 x 6.50-7.00.. Someday.

Welcome aboard, tiger. As padawan said, you’r planned routine is just to much for a newbie. Start with the newbie routine and don’t think to clamping for some months. Hurry is a no-no in penis enlargement.

Yeah 6.5 to 7, I got now a 5.5-5.75 girth.. Do you think it’s unrealistic target? My wife loves girth and founds my 5.5-5.75 not enough!! I have a problem here.

Actually I don’t plan to start with clamping now, after 1-2 months may be.

Please tell me your suggestions about girth and penis head girth. About the head, do you think a head pump would help?

Tiger111, not trying to sound cocky but if you make a search you’ll get a lot of thread about how to increase head girth.

I found that edging works best for me.

About girth many people swear on clamping, so far I have tried clamping 3 times and at each times my penis goes cold within 3 minutes.

I guess I am still not conditioned enough for it but anyways, jelqing works pretty well for girth.

Keep on jelqing and think about or clamping or pumping later. Personally, I don’t like clamping at all. It hurts!!! Besides, I feel like I make the up part of my penis heavier than it base part.

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

I just got back into PE-ing myself. But I think what everyone is saying is Important on starting slow. When I first started a while back I went to hard and had to take a long break cause I lost a bit of sensation in my Penis.

I never measure my penis bonus pressed cause I dint have any idea about this..

Well, bone pressed is almost 7.5” length! And I think it’s more as I m fat in this area and I cannot press to the bone, now way.

Never knew that I had so much length, what a surprise! So I have to change my goal for Length :D

And as a newb I have a question.. The average sizes from Kinsley are also BP?

Starting stats: JAN 09: 7 3/8" BPEL x 5 1/2" EG mid-shaft

Goal for the first 12 months: 8 1/2" BPEL x 6 1/2" EG mid-shaft and a bigger head.. :D

Goal for life: 9 1/2" BPEL x 7 1/2" EG mid-shaft !
