Finally, I have some motivation

I’ve been here for a while, lurking here and there. I think I’ve made a post or two. I’ve also done P.E. On and off for about a year, and I’ve seen some moderate gains. Now I’m engaged and set a wedding date last week, so now I have a lot of motivation to become regular with my routine.

My soon to be wife love my length but I know she can take a little more girth, and I wouldn’t mind having some extra girth as well. So I’ll focus on girth specific exercises and keep you all posted. Also Thank you to all the vets, and to those who P.E religiously, I’ve gained much from your insights and experience, again thank you.

Just a quick update, I’ve been using the newbie routine for about 5 or 6 months, and I find that I can gain length very easily. The only problem is, I don’t want length, my current length already causes her pain in many positions, and yet I keep gaining more. I don’t think it would be wise to jump into the girth specific exercises yet, as most of those require more conditioning and time (I’m afraid that while I condition myself I’ll gain even more length) , but my goal is more girth. Any suggestions on things I can do for girth only ( besides jelqing at different erection levels) that does not require the veteran-like conditioning I keep reading about? Thanks for your time.

You have been consistently Pe’ing for half a year. By most standards you are conditioned enough to do advanced routines. Even if you don’t feel too comfortable going right into them at first, you can easily ease yourself into them at a slower pace until you feel you are ready to take them on in regular intervals. For example you can start an advanced girth routine such as clamping but instead of doing a full routine, you can just do it for a couple minutes for each set until you are more comfortable.

Everyone is different though. If you feel that you are not ready for them, then just continue for another month or so.

Thanks, I always try to be extremely cautious ( which has benefited me a great deal in PE.). I’ll read up on clamping and other exercises again. I have many of those posts saved. I never considered I was ready, I kept telling myself I needed a year under my belt. After another few weeks of rereading and research I’ll start the advance stuff, slowly. Thanks.

Congratulations on your engagement. If I was you, I would start pumping following the pumping 101 routine, and jelqing between sets.

I just started pumping about a month ago, and am seeing newbie-like gains so far. I went about 18 months with almost no gains except for flaccid hang increases. After one month, length has increased 3/8”, and girth is noticeably larger, but for some reason, the tape reads the same.

I did have to buy a new girth tape measure, so that might be the reason. You will definitely see an increase in girth if you start slow and increase the sets slowly. Personally, I seem to do well pumping for 2 or 3 days in a row then taking 2 days off.

You might want to try light clamping, but I didn’t like it. Hope this helps, and good luck.

I was considering that, I was reading “Pumping and Clamping 101” again, and was wondering if it was time to buy a pump. I am a little weary about clamping though. I have a friend who PE’s and he messed himself up clamping too hard and too early, so I get to learn from his mistakes and don’t want to repeat them. Thanks, I’ll buy one ( a pump) in a few months. She will be here soon so it doesn’t make sense to buy one now. I’ll wait until she leaves (she lives in a different state and will be here for the summer) and start slow. I will do my best to keep you guys posted, and I’m trying to muster up the courage to post some pictures. I hope the extra length I’ve gained won’t kill her, I’ll debrief you guys later. Forget about clamping. Pumping is the way to go. It’s safer, and it doesn’t make your dick black to gain an inch (unless you want that). In the small amount of time I’ve pumped, I think the gains are as fast as clampers gains, and I think they are as permanent too.

I have been reading this forum for years, and no one has come on and said their clamping gains were any more permanent than pumping gains. Their discoloration from clamping is a different story. I think that is permanent.

Haven’t read any posts that prove clamping is any more permanent than pumping. Of course that doesn’t count for anyone that is currently clamping of course!

Pumping does seem to be the simpler of the two, and the less likely to injury me. I have always thought of clamping as a ” finisher\closer” because of the controlled damage and pressure you have to apply to your cock. I always thought clamping was a hard act to follow, and worry that if I plateau while clamping, then it’s “curtains” for my PE career. So I currently plan to keep doing the newbie routine ( minus the stretches) and then around August or so, after the summer, I’ll invest in a decent pump.

The way I see it, I can always move on to clamping, there’s no rush, and I only have one cock, so I have to be smart about this. No need to worry, I got what you were trying to say, but I have to ask, are you bias in favor of pumping or do you just have more insight in that area?
