Hello beautiful ladies and gents!

I have toyed with PE in the past, but recently decided to seriously dedicate time to it. Having so many people frequenting a forum means that manual exercises must work. So I guess it’s all about perseverance.

I’ll make sure I’ll explore the forum before posting, thus avoiding “littering” with unnecessary threads. However, could someone point out to me a thread where I can immediately go and get up to speed with abbreviations, starter workouts etc? It would be much appreciated.

Just rest your cursor over any of the acronyms, (BPEL, EG, etc) and the definition will magically appear! (try it!)Cool, huh? And I heartily agree with Paulaner’s suggestions for great places to start.

Seeing as there were technical issues with the forum I thought I’d post my measurements and routine here (had to measure myself again, although I didn’t want to. I’ve been doing PE a little longer than two weeks). Anyway:

BP FL: 4.33 in (11.5 cm)
NBPFL: 3.86 in (9.8 cm)
FG: 3.54 in (9 cm)

BPEL: 6.3 in (16 cm, perhaps ever so slightly longer, as my penis has a slight upwards curvature)
NBPEL: 5.7 (14.5 cm, same)
EG: 5.31 (13.5 cm)

I started on 27 August, 2 days PE - 1 day rest. My workout for the first two weeks has been as follows (I am using exercises from another website. Not sure if I’m allowed to post it here, I should read the rules):

Warm-up: Warm water
Long Shlong (stretches: front-left-right): 3 min (15 sec per stretch)
Jelq: 3 min (4 sec per jelq)
Horizontal Movement: 2min (Erection: 2/3. With an OK grip you constrict the base of the shaft, trapping the blood in the penis. Then with the other hand you milk the shaft til the base of the head and then back. Obviously, like jelqing, the erection needs renewal every few strokes)
Warm-down: Warm water
Kegels: 30-50 x 5 sec

Since Thursday 13 September, my workout is as follows:

Warm-up: Warm water
Long Shlong: 5 min (20 sec per stretch)
Jelq: 8 min (4 sec per jelq)
Power stretch: 4 min (stretch in front, hold 10 sec+5 sec kegel. 3-4 reps and then stretch left 10+5, right, up and down)
Horizontal Movement: 3 min
Warm-down: Warm water
Kegels: 60 x 5 sec

I use Baby oil for lubrication. In addition, when I do Kegels, I sometimes do one clench per second, as opposed to one that lasts 5 sec. I would love to hear thoughts and suggestions from more experienced users. Am I doing ok? Am I moving too fast, too soon? Anything I can improve? I don’t know whether I’m an easy gainer, as I only decided to do PE recently. Thanks in advance and I hope to meet many of you here.

PS: I’ll keep posting here, I don’t want to open new threads each time (except when I move to intermediate-advanced). They’ll get lost among others and I also don’t want to litter the forum. I will however keep an eye on general threads, where all members post pics, questions, concerns etc.

Hi guys,

Last night, for the first time during jelqing I noticed tiny spots appear on my glans. Today they are still there, not immediately visible, but noticeable. There’s also a darker one. All of them are tiny. My question is: should I wait until they disappear or should I keep exercising (today would be day 2 of my “3 on” part), but go easier with the pressure tonight?

I’m just thinking whether I’ve taken on too much too soon with my routine (see above) and whether it’d be wiser to stick to the newbie routine for as long as it is suggested.

Short update…and perhaps a break?

I’m entering my 6th week of PE. Still haven’t measured myself. I’ve been very good with sticking to my schedule, perhaps leaving a 2-day rest once or twice to allow some spots to disappear from the glans. However…

…I’m thinking of taking a break. “Already?” I hear you ask. Yes. The reason is that I’m noticing a marked decrease to disappearance of my EQ. I must be overtraining, because I’m 32 yo, don’t smoke or drink, I exercise very regularly and eat healthy. Plus I haven’t had sex in a looong time. I’ve even stayed clear from watching porn, because I’d gotten de-sensitized (btw I don’t know how I’d do if I were alone with a lady. I guess I’d respond but it might not be 100%). But my EQ, namely:

- Night and morning wood
- Speed to achieve a full erection
- Erection duration
- Frequency of spontaneous erections and stifness

All of these are suffering. And I’m getting worried. Which I suppose adds a psychological element or block to the above. I keep reading about how guys have AAA erections and usually these are the people who seem to be gaining. So I guess I’ve taken on too much too soon (routine a few posts above). It seems I’m putting too much pressure during stretching and jelqing, doing too many exercises or I don’t know…having said that, I don’t feel any discomfort or pain, I’ve had no turtling or shrinkage.

Advice? Help? I don’t want to stop completely so soon, as it’ll be like starting all over again. But if I have to, then I will…perhaps I’m one of those people who don’t respond to PE:(

At the moment I’m just thinking about adding more rest days and going easier with the force I’m using. On one hand my EQ is going down, on the other we are told that the tissues need to be injured (not destroyed of course) in order to be repaired and grow. Let’s see if any of the veterans join the discussion.

It has been said many times on here before. There is a delicate balance of too much and too little. It has also been agreed by most that if EQ is low, you will not gain. You will just toughen up the penis and make gains harder/impossible in the future. I am doing the linear newbie routine, and gained 3/8” in 2 months. I also am basing my strech/jelq ratio on the TGC theory and it seems to be pretty accurate.

And to further that statement, currently I have worked my way up to doing a 5 min warm wrap, 8 mins of stretching, 100 jelqs and 55 kegals.

I need to rethink my strategy. I’ll look up TGC and I will scrap my routine and stick to the newbie or linear newbie.

New Newbie

To be honest I haven’t ever done any exercises and I have no measurements to post. But I have read through a lot of forums and am really excited to get started. I don’t know all of the lingo yet involved in this forum but I’m learning. I want to start gaining mainly because in my flaccid state I am highly insecure and self conscious about. Even getting into the shower with my girlfriend who has seen it plenty, I still try to draw her attention elsewhere. I’ve always been told that my size is good and I should have nothing to worry about, and it’s not the size because I know how to use it. I just feel that if I had the size and new how to use it she would be more willing to have sex. I’ve seen my girlfriends toys and get a little jealous knowing that they have me beat in so many ways. My biggest concern being the girth and length, because obviously the tip of my penis can’t rotate or vibrate. But I want to gain so instead of looking to her toys to have fun with while I’m gone I want her to beg me to come home because her toys don’t do it for her anymore. So my first question is in the newbie starter exercises it starts and ends with a warm wrap. What is that and how do I do it?
