Finally giving it a shot. First post
I’ve been lurking for over a year or two and have done some half ass-ed PE. Finally decided to start actually dedicating my self to it.
Starting measurements are 7” ebp and 4.5” EG.
I’m just running the newbie routine and have been doing so for about 3 weeks. No new measurements as I’d rather surprise my self if there are any. I figured I’d measure once a month.
I do 5-10 min of heat. Seven 1 minute manual stretch with 30 second breaks. Left, right, left, right, center, left, right. I also kegel in between each stroke. Then 5-10 min with the heat pack and then 7 minutes of jelqing followed by the heat pack again.
I have noticed a better EQ and also my penis looks more vascular. If anyone has any comments or helpful insight, it would be greatly appreciated :)
