Hey guys just wanted to say that after about a month of a lighter newbie routine I gained 1/4 inch girth. I will admit that I was getting discouraged but like everyone has been saying “just keep up with the routine and it will eventually pay off” It just might take awhile. So I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for thier tips and support and I don’t post much but I do enjoy reading everyone’s experiences and helpful tips. Thanks again!

Hey have you gained any length, I’m in the opposite boat of you, I gained a 1/4” length in a month but no girth. Congrats!

Just barely an 1/8 I think. Probably because it’s a challenge to keep a good grip when doing manual stretches. I’ve done just dry jelqs for girth exercise in case anyone was wondering. Also congrats on your gains!

Congrats on the gains! Just stay consistent and they are bound to continue.

Try using toilet paper or latex gloves to get a better stretching grip.

For the best grip use baby powder.

Rusty are you circumcised or not? Because when I go to college I can be wet jelqing because of privacy. I’m thinking about doing dry jelqs along with squeezes and stretches in the shower when I go back.

Oh that’s a really good idea gjurob, today I noticed that after about 3.5 weeks of the newbie routine it’s becoming a bit difficult to stretch because of grip issues. I think ill try using the toilet paper for grip tomorrow morning for my session.

how many dry jelqs did u do? How many seconds did each jelq last?

Sorry I’ve been away and unable to answer some of your questions. I will try to explain what my routine is the best I can as I’m not always able to explain clearly what I mean :-D. My routine was 2 days on 1 off Monday through Friday up until the weekend then I didn’t have time to do my PE “Family”. I started with warm up from the shower then I would do newbie routine stretches as directed. Then I did 50 dry jelqs 3 seconds per stroke and increased it by 25 jelqs every two weeks for a month. After a month I was doing 100 jelqs. Also after I finished my jelqs I did 3 30sec sets of jelq squeezes for added girth effect. Meaning I clamped with my hands after being about 70-80% erect at base and below the glands. Please be careful if doing this at the mentioned erect level though. For me it gave me the best results. That’s how I got my 1/4in gain and was very surprised. Now I’ve started doing the newbie jelq routine 200 dry jelqs or 10min which ever comes first since I feel I’m well conditioned for it and haven’t had any ill side effects and see where it takes me next month. Oh and I will add a minute a week to jelqing if I feel necessary for another month. Hope this helps!

Nice I’m curious to know how noticable is a 1/4 in. gain in girh? I mean you see your dick everyday and if you notice with your eyes it must be a lot different.

Not as much as you would think but it does “feel” thicker and my erections are definitely harder. My wife notices it more especially when she is on top she says.
