One guy who did PE told me the gains are unhealthy and it leads to not getting hard as easily and not keeping hard as long.any truth?

Not in my experience. I’m not just bigger but harder, too. It stays up as long as it needs to.

I’m just getting into PE and I can tell you that’s a lie. I’ve read tons and tons of posts on this forum already from people who have gained much, much more. I encourage you to browse around this site and read as I did.

Also, look at the PE database in ModestoMan’s signature. You can view member’s progress. Just looking through some of those shows gains much more then 1/4” to 1/2” in BPEL and BPEG.

What guy told you these two far-fetched myths? PE, if anything, is healthy. Most men who PE properly get harder, not softer.

hahaha - well, I punched the 1” barrier a long time ago. Seems that dude has a lot of things he is quite self-assured about, for whatever reason. Suggest you look into the testimony of others and then make your own decision.

Since getting serious about this my penis has gotten much harder. It really does work, but I think the key for me has been consistency.

There may be a certain truth to that. But what that dude probably didnt do when he saw some gains was the workouts intended to have a better blood circulation throughout his organ. Get the picture ?

Can make it healthier. Can also damage it beyond all hope, if done incorrectly or unwisely. It’s a fragile thing, this penis-torture we ascribe to. :)

Put it this way, not only have I reached my goals, but have surpassed it. I have gained just over an inch in length and .8 in girth. I feel that I kinda over did it and I have not been doing any girth exercises anymore but still do c-pulls only. I am going to stop PEing for a while when I gain the silly .1 in length to reach th the 8 bpel.

The very first thing my GF noticed was erection quality, she said was that my dick was like a piece of concrete. She said it was so hard it hurt but she liked it. So yes this stuff does work.
