Few Questions, Help Appreciated :
I just recently started PE about a week ago, I’m starting with the newbie routine which includes 10mins warm up, 5mins stretching, 10mins jelqing and a 5mins warm down. While doing kegels throughout the day. I usually edge after each session, finishing on every 4th session.
Now that I listed my routine here are some questions I have..
1.) Does sex or masturbation affect PE at all I read that it diden’t but I also saw somewhere that on your day off you should leave your penis alone to grow, does this mean no sex on those days?
2.) After warm up, how long do you wait until you start doing your streches, if you wait approx. 2mins after the warm up is this okay? How long should you wait between each section of your routine? (Ie. From warm up to streching; streching to jelqing etc.
3.) Also whats the best and most effective way of warming up?
4.) While jelqing I usually do 2-3 second strokes at probably about 30-40%, applying pressure mostly to the sides with a lighter grip. Will that target length?
5.) I’ve read that after your routine your penis should hang longer and fuller, mine goes back to it’s flacid original state about a minute of jelqing and then does the same after the warm down, does this indicate anything about gains, or is this a sign of anything?
6.) Is the newbie routine the best possible way to add length quickly for someone just starting PE, or is there an other routine people suggest to add length quickly? Looking for .5” at least in 3 months. Touch wood. (No pun intended) :)
