Few questions. Half newbie.

Few questions. Half newbie.

First off, I’ve been off for some time now and recently started with some stretching and jelqing.
So, I decided to watch the videos and then I figured out one thing. Am I stretching too weak and jelqing too weak? Because in the vids it looked like he used quite some force with the stretching and same with the jelq.

I’m just stretching til it’s “out” and holding. And for jelqing I’m not squeezing very hard. Do I do it wrong?

And a few more questions.
Stretching is very hard for me, because I always get a boner after the first stretch and I can’t stretch more than 10 seconds before I loose the grip because the shaft is getting hard but the head isn’t getting any blood so it will slip out of my grip. And it will of course take some time before it will return to a complete flaccid state.
And, if you answer something like you’ll get used to it or when you have done it for some time you won’t get a boner or something like that I have to come with a followup question.
If that’s the fact, isn’t that a sign that my erections is getting weaker? That I’m damaging my erection?

And last question. I’ve over read the term “cementing my gains”. What does that mean? As in how and when should I do that? I know what is literally mean, that you won’t loose gains after cementing them.

1) Beat it before PE, if you are over excited.

2) Difficult to say if you are doing it wrong unless you make your own video. You should do each jelq stroke slow ~5sec and get good expansion at the tip of your penis. A touch of soreness after is ok but not too much. You should also be a touch bigger in measure after you are done. Read about PI’s, do not over do it.

3) Cementing gains: some people feel that you need to keep PEing for a bit after you get a gain in order to make it permanent, kinda like three steps forward two steps back. Amount needed depends on kind of PE as well ie: pumping > jelqing > ADSing.

Regarding intensity of jelqing, I would encourage you to err on the side of caution, at least for the first 3 months, and then some. PE injuries seem to be fairly rare, yet when they do occur, it is predominantly during first few months.

Case in point, I’m just getting rolling with steady PE, and during first month got 2 thrombosed veins, even though I thought I was taking it easy on the newbie routine. I have been experimenting with arginine and cialis, and thus was sometimes had a fuller erection during PE than I should have. I did not jelq or stretch with 100% erection, but maybe briefly as high as 70 or 80 %. Now I learn that once one as had a thrombosed vein, even if it goes away, you are likely to have residual scarring, and be much more prone to additonal thrombosed veins in the future.

So, go easy on the intensity!! Main goal of first few months is to develop good habits of consistency with your PE, get to know how your dick works with the exercises, and lay a foundation for gradual ramping up of intensity and duration of workouts in future.

Also: people DO GROW off low intensity jelquing!!! You may be one of them.

Good luck.

This is sound advice regarding the Jelq. You don`t need to use more pressure than is necessary to move the blood bulge down your cock. As far as the stretch grip, try using talc or baby powder and make sure you are 100% dry before you start.

Ah, thx. But what about the boner thing? Can I stretch with half erection?

Any other injuries I should look after or some key symptoms?

Hey macho, here’s my advice:

Never stretch with an erection, that can cause nerve damage. What I do if I start to get a boner is I edge for a few minutes or do a session of kegels - that will tire out your penis a bit, so you won’t get boners.

Concerning the stretch grip - baby powder is good, but for me toilet paper works great.

Jelqing - the videos serve as guidelines only; what you need to do is figure out for yourself what the best amount of force is. Listen to your penis.
That’s what the newbie routine is for, to get to know your penis. Experiment, and pay attention to your penis. You’ll figure it out.

Happy gains!
