Hey guys, I have been poking around here for awhile now and doing pe well.. You can definitely say off and on. And I really wanna stick to it but I need some opinions and input on a few things.

1. My Goal, is it attainable??
My starting stats is 6.5 NBPEL, 7 BPEL. 5” mid shaft girth and 5.5” Base Girth.
I want to reach 7.25 NBPEL and 5.5” Mid shaft girth 5.75 if I can get it.

2. My routine, is it good??

3 days on 1 off.
5 min warm up, 5-10 min stretch.. (My hands start hurting!)
10-20 min Dry Jelq
5 min ULIs
50-100 Kelgs
And cool down

3. Does ejaculation hinder growth after work out??

Thanks for the quick response. And ya when I started like 8 months ago and keep this in mind, I did it for 2 months then didnt do it for 4 months then started and stopped but I have seen maybe 1/4 inch length gain, thats being generous and no girth gains, however before I never did ulis so I am pretty optimistic this time about my future gains. Also I see that alot of people write how they hang fuller in flaccid after a work out and it last all day to a few hours and my unit tends to contract roughly 30 mins after I work out. So is that a bad sign?

I’m not an expert here at Thunder’s, but qwerty if you want solid gains you have to stick with it. Persistence and dedication are necessities if you want to see good gains. That said, here’s my answers:

1. Your goal is definitely attainable. How quickly you will attain it will depend on you, as everyone is different and everyone’s rate of growth, both for length and girth, are different as well.

2. Your routine looks good for a person of your experience. I suggest always using the newbie routine as a guideline for basing your routine. If you want to gain length and you don’t have a hanger, be sure to include that stretching. Your hands will hurt, but they will get stronger as you PE more, and you’ll be able to bump up the time you stretch.

3. A select few believe ejaculation after a workout hinders gains, but the vast majority believe it doesn’t. Personally, I try to limit my ejaculation to a few times a month, as I have had good results with it.

Finally, be sure to use the search function because you can find the answer to most if not all of your questions there. Use the wisdom of the veterans on this site and stay persistent. Good luck!

Wow our stats are almost identical. And like shymale said: 1. Yes, 2. Up to you, 3. No.


Current stat = NBPEL - 6.235", BPEL - 7.000".. Mid EG - 5.063".. Base EG - 5.750" BPSFL - 7.3125 ------ Old stats = NBPEL - 6.000", Mid EG - 5.000

Goal stat = NBPEL - 7.750", BPEL - 8.250".. Mid EG - 6.000".. Base EG - 6.500" ------ Goal Length gains - 1.515". Girth gain - 1.000"
