Few noob questions.
Ok so I’ve done two days. I took today off. Wasn’t going to but. Halfway through my stretches I just said screw it. It’s one of those days. I didn’t go run either. You’d think I’d wanna go workout/run to take some stress off but I don’t know why I’m stressing/worrying.
Anyway I’ve noticed my penis seems a little fuller erect. Seems bigger but I’m sure that’s just the ‘quality’ of the hardon.. Anyway
I was just curious how I should feel/look after a workout? I haven’t felt partularly sore.. Or fatigued..
This is what I’ve done
Girth hold.. Horozontial? Something like that.. 10minutes
I’m obviously a noob so that’s what I’m starting with. I’m still practicing but any tips would be great.
I’m really excited about all this.. If I et the technique down.. Stay healthy etc etc.. Is a 1 inch gain in 2-3months unrealistic? I’m looking for mostly length but.. Girth would be nice too.
And with jelqing/stretching. Is there ever a risk of the penis getting longer but losing girth? I’m just curious.
