Few days off, that bad
Well I had a busy end to last week and so skipped a few days, I think like 4 :s
Just wondering in general if skipping a few days of the newbie routine is really so bad?
The way I see it theres pro’s and cons:
More rest days, I felt quite fatigued through the four days for some reason
More time for the penis to heal itself?
Uncemented gains will be lost (although how long does this whole uncemented gains thing kick in?)
Anyway any answer will be much obliged, thanks!
