I’m into me 2nd week now of P.E and was just wondering if anyone else noticed, even though no gains yet! (Well it’s only been a week) Though I feel as though I do have a much better erection now. Anyone else found this? Also have some veins that starting to look bigger which is all good. Just a general wonder?

Hey Mr Ks, I myself have had better erection quality. I seem to wake up in the night hard too. I’ve read that these are positive physiological indicators, so we must be on the right track my friend. By the way your starting stats are very similar to mine! Just out of interest, what are your goals? Good luck bro!

Not to sure to be honest want to go for about another inch on girth and maybe inch or more in length. No rush at all the dude!

After my first two weeks I noticed pretty big gains, about a quarter inch in length and a millimeter or so in width. I think this was mostly due to much better erection quality but the gains made me happy. Good luck on your PE journey brother.

I am on my third week now:)

My EQ has always been good, so I can´t say if that has changed.

But I think I have some bigger veins now. I´m doing the newbie routine, and I measured myself the 5th april, so I will measure again 5th may. Hope to see some improvement by then. Anyway, good luck to you man:)

I’m into my third week of 2 on 1 off: warming, stretching, wet jelg (30-45 min.) (with kegels part of the time), warm down. I haven’t noticed any gains yet but I can definitely go ALOT longer when having sex.it’s awesome ‘because I used to hate wearing condoms because I would nut in about 45 seconds-hahaha.now I won’t for about 1 hour or more. And I have control.

The improvement in my EQ was a welcome surprise after 2 weeks, I’m in my 40’s so any non medicinal improvement is great. It is mentioned often that maintaining and improving the health of the penis is paramount. As Countdown 2 said, that’s definitely a positive PI!

If you notice any regression, slow your roll and it will come back.

Just don’t overwork gentlemen. Currently I am resting from PEing because I think I overworked too much. I went from 5 mins stretching to 20 mins stretching all of sudden and my EQ has dropped greatly.

I’m on my day rest today so see how things go. I see alot of people agree with what I said. Which is good for everyone! I am cautious to not over work as well. Like I’m active sporty lad myself, though any sport you start slow and then get into it.

I’m always intrigued by the variety in newbie gains


Starting stats: 7.6 bpl x 5.875 - 6 g

Hoping for: 9 bpl x 6.25 g

I’m in my second week and I definitely have gains. I’m not going to measure because I’m going to wait till May 8th (1 month) to see how much progress I’ve made. I can’t believe the extent of my gains either, my EQ is better which is probably the ultimate cause but I’m definitely longer and fuller, it’s awesome.


Start: 6.5 BP x 5.25

Current: 7 BP x 5.25

Short term goal: 7.5 BP x 5.5 Long term goal: 8 NBP x 6

Starting tonight.

I did PE like 3 years ago, though, for 2 weeks, and yeah I did notice erection quality getting amazing in that time.

Guys, I don’t want to start a new thread just for this question…what does the “bp” stand for in BPEL or BPFL??

I know EL and FL stand for Erect Length and Flacid Length.
