Feeling the Stretch

Hi everyone, just a quick question on stretching. When properly stretching, does one have to feel the dull ache after the stretch/routine in able to tell a good stretch? Or does the aching only really apply when doing the stretch?

I stretched one time too hard and I felt that ache on base of my penis also during next days. Its well know that is recommended to pull upto starting the pain.

Sometimes when I’m doing manual stretches I feel strange stretching. It’s feels like fibers are really becoming longer. It hurts a little but I think I’ve gotten most of my gain via some pain :( .


Before PE: NBPEL 5.50" x EG 4.30"

Current: NBPEL 6.50" (BPEL 7.5") x EG 4.6" (head EG 5")

Goal: NBPEL 7.00" x EG 5.25"

I think you should start off your stretching slow, but you should deffinitely be feeling the stretch at the end to the point of discomfort but no pain. The best stretching I have is when I heat up alot for about 5 minutes, become totally flaccid, relax my body, and pull hard!! Someone mentioned they could “feel the fibres stretching inside” - that’s exactly what I feel :)

When I’m pulling I definitely feel the pulling, but there isn’t aching when I poke my ligs in a few hours or whenever I’m not PEing. Perhaps I should try as you said haha, that is feel the fibres stretch.
