Today I woke up and I can really feel that my ligs are sore and today is my off day. I was wondering if it is better to stick with the off day or pull on my dick when I’m feeling the good soreness. Don’t they call this like riding the fatigue in hanging? I was just thinking it would seem better to keep stretching them when they’ve worn down and are feeling sore.

My view would be to keep to the day off.

Soreness does mean damage, Although the aim is to slightly damage the tissue, it is possible to overdo it and have an injury. Like if you over-use a muscle and find that it is sore. Would you go and play another game (or whatever) or leave it to be at least less sore.

If you had given your dick a fair time of usage, I’d say go ahead if you want to. But being fairly new on the system is best to find out what your body can take before attempting to overdo things.

Having said that, A light workout might be a better idea. Then you can see the effect of additional exercise but still keep within a safety level.

I would agree with Petitfaun. Stay with the day off, or at the very most, do a little very light stretching to encourage circulation and healing.


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

I never had good results from attempting to “ride the fatigue” using a manual routine. Hanging is a different story. Here is a good explanation of the difference.

Most guys want to do too much when beginning PE. It’s the “more must be better syndrome.” Err on the side of not enough. Pay attention to your PI’s. You can always bump things up later if necessary.
