Feeling of unit after a session. What is enough
I have started the newbie routine for a couple of days and have been doing my jelqs, hopefully correctly. I am not getting any red spots like I have in the past so I suppose I am not over gripping. I am trying to do 2 days on and 1 days off. So I can aid in repair and tissue growth.
Basically as an example, when I masturbate 3 times in a day or have sex a lot. My unit begins to hurt so it is basically telling me to stop and let it rest and repair. I find that if I do too much masturbation my penis begins to look as if it is smaller or shrunk. I have never found this to aid in growth just pleasure. But my question on this is. After a PE session should my penis feel similar to this sensation or would that be over doing it? As I do not feel any pain down there. So am I going too light or should I be a tad more aggressive in my routine.
I feel I am going to stop masturbating and see how it goes in flaccid length and gains. I am also doing gym workouts on top of PE. I am not sure if an increase in testosterone is a positive thing for PE if anyone knows this either. Though an increase in blood flow from the cardio I believe would help regardless.
If anyone can answer any of my concerns it would be greatly appreciated or let me know if I have any misunderstandings.
