Hi guys,

I have started the newbie routine for a couple of days and have been doing my jelqs, hopefully correctly. I am not getting any red spots like I have in the past so I suppose I am not over gripping. I am trying to do 2 days on and 1 days off. So I can aid in repair and tissue growth.

Basically as an example, when I masturbate 3 times in a day or have sex a lot. My unit begins to hurt so it is basically telling me to stop and let it rest and repair. I find that if I do too much masturbation my penis begins to look as if it is smaller or shrunk. I have never found this to aid in growth just pleasure. But my question on this is. After a PE session should my penis feel similar to this sensation or would that be over doing it? As I do not feel any pain down there. So am I going too light or should I be a tad more aggressive in my routine.

I feel I am going to stop masturbating and see how it goes in flaccid length and gains. I am also doing gym workouts on top of PE. I am not sure if an increase in testosterone is a positive thing for PE if anyone knows this either. Though an increase in blood flow from the cardio I believe would help regardless.

If anyone can answer any of my concerns it would be greatly appreciated or let me know if I have any misunderstandings.

Most of the time you will not feel any different after your routine. Your penis may well feel a little ‘tired’ as you finish the end of your routine, but there should never be any pain. The ‘tired’ feel doesn’t tend to last after finishing, however ‘aggressive’ you have been, so lack of different ‘feel’ afterwards doesn’t mean you haven’t had a good session.

Testosterone only plays any part in penile growth during adolescence.

Should have worked out more in my teens seeing as I thought it would stunt my height. Yet I managed to get to 6 foot and possibly stunted the growth else where maybe haha.

So if I maintain a 60-80% erection while jelqing, should I have a medium grip so my penis will become fully engorged each time I reach the top till its hard from that increase of blood.

Also another quick question. When doing stretches of the penis before jelqing. I am uncut so my foreskin can get in the way and my hand will slip past the head of my penis as my head is quite small in comparison to my shaft. Where is best to grip for stretches? Also my penis is curved up so is a stretch better done towards the roof or floor or both?

I believe I should continue to do the newbie routine to make my penis a custom to the exercises. Will this affect my head gains or should I do head exercises now or after the newbie routine to increase head size?

Continue with the newbie routine to, most importantly, learn how to stretch and jelq. Secondly to toughen up the penis so that, if you so desire, can add more time to your sessions or different techniques.

I myself am uncut. First, warm up throughly, it will make blood flow through the penis and enlargen it a bit for an easier grip. Then pull back the foreskin and grab behind the head. Not directly behind, it is recommended to grip an inch behind the head but this varies from man to man. Grip as far away from the head as you can while still getting a strong grip. I grap with an OK grip or with an A grip. An A grip is like an OK grip except you add an additional finger, the .. ‘fuck’ finger (I forgot the english name..). But this is what the newbie routine is for, find a way that works for you! An additional tip to gripping, wash off your penis with water and a gentle rub to remove sweat and what not that may lessen grip, dry off and stretch. Some prefer to use a strip of t-shirt material (100% cotton) as a tool to help gripping, others like talcum, like the bodybuilders use.

You’re dick isn’t a muscle but nonetheless it should feel like it’s been ‘worked out’ after a PE session. I know what you mean about how it feels after lots of sex or masturbation, and yes it feels a bit like that.

But Firegoat is right that there shouldn’t be any actual pain. Well, maybe a slight ache is OK, but it should feel like the good sort of ache like you do after a gym session. Any sharp or stabbing pains are a definite indicator that you’re going too hard.

Yeah I understand what you are saying. I mean I don’t feel pain down there after a good tug. But after I will. So maybe I will try change the way I go about the grip and strokes in my routine.

I’ll keep you posted.
