This morning I felt pretty good about things. I mean, I have taken a few 3 or weeks breaks since starting PE in late November of 07’, but things just seem good lately.

My quest to take my already nice sized penis to a level of outrageous enormity is starting to pay some dividends. I have gained from 6.875” BPEL to probably about 8” BPEL. I am not 100% sure I am at 8” because I am a bit scared to measure, but it looks larger then the last time I measured. (I measured a 7.75” BPEL then). The real gains I have been getting have been in girth. Lately my girth has been exploding! I am sure that mid shaft I am up around 6.25”. I can wrap a dollar bill completely around my shaft and there is still a half inch between ends.

My goal right now is length. I am trying to get this puppy up to 9” or 9.5” NBPEL, but I really need to work the tunica. I have noticed that my length has increased, but the distance between the tip of my glans and belly button has only diminished slighty slight sleight slightly slighter slights flighty silty sightly slit light sight sleights slighted sleight’s —manual input—. I am thinking this means I have exposed more “inner penis” as opposed to lengthening the tunica?

Anyway, I guess I just posted this because I feel good about things and the progress I have made over the first six months.

Starting Stats:

BPEL: 6.875”
EG: 5.75”

Current Stats:

BPEL: 8”
EG: 6.25” (at least)

At first mostly just warm up and wet jelqing. I wstarted by wet jelqing about 10 minutes and then upped it to 20 minutes.

Currently I do 10 minutes of 30 second stretches: Down, left, right, and then up. I do this with 30 second breaks in between. I then do 10-120 of wet jelqing forllowed by 2 30 second fowfers. The fowfers I do at 100% erection, one to the left and one to the right. I fillow this with about 5-10 30 second clamps. When I clamp I get 100% erect, clamp and then every 5 seconds do a kegel and hold. I have found that my girth has really increased by doing 100% erect sueezing (clamps) and forcing blood into the shaft every 5 seconds with a kegel.

I also have a theory that I think works. I get 100% erect and the grap mid-shaft and try to squeeze both cc’s while kegeling. The result is I think I am stretching the tunica laterally, thus getting a tunica length gain. I also mix in a lot of erect bends to try to lengthen the tunica.

The manual stretches have given me greater base girth and have expopsed more veins towars the base. I really get a good lig stretch this way.

I approach PE like I approach the gym: Fast and efficient workouts. The faster I hit muscle/penis fatigue the better. This enables me to really get an intense workout in as short a period of time as possible.

The real gains are in girth, as in length you gained much more than 1” in a few months?

Great girth gains Reiver. What’s been your routine to get that? Also, have you been trying to go for girth or has it just come along by chance/luck?

I originally started with zero stretching. I have always preferred jelqing to stretching. Lately though I have been stretching more which has added bas girth.

My routine now is:

10 minutes of stretching which is 10 30 second stretches with 30 second break inbetween.

Then I do anywhere from 10-20 minutes of wet jelqing. At the end of my jelqing I get 100% erect and then do some squeezes. These have been the most beneficial for girth. I squeeze at 100% erect state and then release; and immediately. kegel and sueeze at the same time. Then hold for 5-10 seconds and then do the same. I do about 3-5 sets of these. I also sueeze at the mid-shaft area.

Jelqing is the key though.

I also “listen to my penis. Over the past 2 months if I am sore I back off for a few days and then go hard again. I think letting the “damage” you incur on your penis heal is an absolute.
