Feeling fatiguei searched for it couldn't find anything on the subject

I’m hanging 5lbs for 2 sets for 20 mins with 10 mins and am wondering how to feel if my unit is fatigued or atleast near fatigued. I’m using a CCH3 if that helps.

im new to this area, but i think i recall reading an article that says if your glans(penis head) starts getting cold to lay off of whatever PE Method you’re doing for a little while
