Current size is 6.75 BPEL, I have a long time goal but I’m focused on reaching my short time goal of 7” BPEL or even more first .

I read that LOT theory is obsolete but I did it & experience a LOT at 6:00. Like I said, I see that’s obsolete however just wanted to add it in case anyone with that similar LOT gain through particular routines.

What routine would you recommend, want to rep all the gains from manual then move on to devices, hanging etc.

Newbie routine. Start with that.

Oh ya and welcome to the forum.

And I only used manuals. Did hanging for a short while, but didn’t have the time to do it properly. So you can do it.

It would be a good idea to click on the Beginners Guide

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

Patience. This is gunna take 2 years make it part of your routine.

Caution. You don’t want to injured yourself trust me.

Rest. Just do it.

Curr: Oct 2017 BPEL: 6.75" MEG: 5.625" (5' - 9" 245 lb)

Goal: 7.5" x 6" .......I want to win the dick swinging contest.

Forget about the LOT. Stick with the newbie routine and after months when you are conditioned i recommend you a manual stretching routine.

You can achieve great gains with manuals if you are consistent, devices can be tricky.

If your 6.75 now it shouldn’t take two years to get to 7. If you work hard and committed and are a good gainer it is possible to reach 9x6 in two years. Most likely you will need more time than that though. Everyone is different. PE is a marathon not a sprint.

No, that will prob take a few months. I expect to be at 7 in a few months. Getting to your goal of 9x6 will take a long time. Not to discourage you but to prepare you for what the practice really requires…”long term habit of practice” almost as exciting as saving for retirement.
