Fatigue

Fatigue

Hey guys,

So I spent a good 2-3 hours reading last night on a bunch of subjects on this site, one thing I went over again and again was the importance to feel fatigue while hanging. When this happens it means your on the right track and to hang everyday according to BIB without a day off just at a lighter weight.my main question here is this..

What is fatigue? I mean I know how my muscles feel fatigue after a great weight lifting session at the gym, but it def is not the same feeling while clamped, while clamping I feel the pull and I’m going at least 3v20 by 5lbs right now but feel no “fatigue.” I really am confused at what this is supposed to feel like in regards to hanging and while hanging I always get the thought that I’m wasting my time.I hung btc last night and felt the stretching of skin that hurt a bit above my base but that again was the most intense feeling I get there is not a serious feeling of fatigue.

Lastly each set I removed the bib to find my member cold.not ice cold but def cold, is that bad> theres no discolouration just cold then goes back to normal but I can’t imagine you can hang weight and have you penis attached to a hanger without it going somewhat cold, it must be tight enough not to fall off and therefor would reduce some circulation no?

You should check “Managing fatigue” - topic from Bib’s forum. It’s a good read.

Don’t rush the weights even if you feel like it’s doing nothing. Slowly build up the weights and when you hit fatigue, you will know it.

Fatigue is soreness in ligs, inner and outer shaft. For me it means that if I stretch my unit couple hours after hanging, it’s pretty sore and feels tired. Sometimes it feels same as growing pains when I was a kid. This is usually with RSDT fulcrum.

Before somebody says that you don’t need to feel fatigue, well I never gained without the feeling.

Can you send the link I can’t seem to find it :S thanks

Go to bibhanger.com and check out the forum section there, everything you need to know about hanging and bib answers questions there all the time helping out us hangers. 5lbs is usually way to light to experience fatigue, bib says it’s usually not until you have worked your way up to 10lbs that most guys start experiencing fatigue, it seems to be the norm somewhat.

Remember you need to slowly work your way up to those 10lbs not upping your weight more than 15% each week so the tissues in your unit can adapt and manage the stress and you need to work your way up in sets, that is your first priority as the norm there is minimum 10 hours a week to get any significant gains from hanging.

If you need an example on how to work your way up you can also check out my hanging progress thread, it takes time and dedication, good luck.

I am just look around
