Fat Pad

Fat Pad

Are there any ways to get rid of a fat pad besides losing weight? I have a thick pad that I’m trying to get rid of

what do you do in the physical exercise field? We need something to go on before telling you what might help.

Psst! The link is at the bottom of the page :bigwink:

I can do ab exercises and walk fast.I don’t play any sports if that’s what you mean. I have lost 50lb in the last three months from taking adder all and a low carb diet. But only a fraction of the weight was lost from the fat pad.

Cardio ! Use the rower, that melts fat away. Start slow and work up to 10 mins then 15/20. Once you have built up a decent level of fitness you can do more intense exercises. Honestly, rowing is good for all over body toning and core work. You will not get slimmer doing crunches.

And to answer this question. No, not really. Unless you lose that fat it’s always going to be there right ?

Sure. You can lose fat and put on muscle.

Hey testosterone, try some boxercise. Once I started skipping in the mornings, I couldn’t believe how ripped I was getting.

But if you can’t exercise too vigorously because of medical reasons, it is very realistically possible, like you’ve been doing, to lose weight simply with eating habits. Perhaps just keep doing what you are doing, and that tough spot will eventually have to go?

Hi, guys!

I must say that I do not understand very well the relation fat pad/weight. I have alwais been thin. I am 5´7” and weight about 140 lb. I´m thin and my body is well defined (in spite of not doing exercise or sport).

So, if I´m a thin guy why do I have about 0.5” of fat pad…?

Besides, I have always recall of having that fat pad, but I cant tell if it has grow…! I just know that I never weight so much… 140 lb is the biggest weight I have ever had.

So, doing exercise will it get smaller? And if yes, what king of exercise/sport should I do?

Thanks

ummmm, according to your 7/9/08 measurement you have .3” pad. Which a very small number to my experience. Even for a thin guy. (I’ve always been thin and mine was still .5” but I’ve gained weight lately :( )

Nothing is going to help better than exercise. And swimming is the best thing to do. It kills the most calories out of any machine in the gym. Swim slow, controlled, laps non stop from one end of the pool to the other then increase your speed and time over time and you will be great. Plus your heart will work better

I’m 6’1”, 168lbs and there’s not an inch of fat on me. I’m reasonably fit, I work out and cycle, and I’m just naturally on the thinner side. My BPEL is 6 7/16 inches, but my NBPEL is 5 12/16 inches. There’s absolutely no way I could lose any more of my “pad”, yet it’s still a hefty size in the context of penis length! (Every cm counts)

So I’d say don’t get too hung up on losing your pad if you’re in reasonable shape, just increase the PE!

I’ve heard there is little you can do on your own to get rid of it if you are already physically fit. Beyond that, some plastic surgeons take fat out of the pad, but they cannot guarantee future fat will not migrate back to that location.

There is no such thing as “spot reducing” fat on your body, you just need a good cardio program and you will lose weight all over your body. Add some weight training with your cardio program because the extra muscle will help burn excess calories you consume instead of them being stored as fat.

My starting stats, NBPEL 5.75", BPEL 6.75", MSEG 5.00" Most guys walk up and stick it in, when I'm finished here I'm going to stick it in and walk up :)
