I’ve experienced something similar…although not within 4 days!
I started Dec 11th 2008 and from then till now I’ve gone from approx 7.2” bpel to 7.625” bpel and my girth has gone from 6” meg to 6.125” meg. I’ve mentioned in my progress log that I don’t see it as a ‘gain’ as such but a reclaiming of size I had in my teenage years (I’m now 34)
To put it simple,my dick looked a lot bigger when I was in my teens/early 20’s and PE is simply exercising that lost size back in. The other contributing factor to that gain would probably be going to the gym and working out/getting in shape. That losing of fat and improving cardio fitness and strength adds to eq and overall health and bloodflow. So it’s a combination of all this that has contributed to my early gains.
However,I do know in the back of my mind that these ‘newbie growth spurts’ won’t last forever and soon they’ll slow right down and plateau out and that’s where the real hard work begins!!!!!
