What is your secret for faster recovery/healing after PE?

If you don’t overdo any aspect of your PE routine (eg. exhaust or injure anything) there is no need for a recovery period.

As far as i understood PE should work by doing minor damage to cells in penis which should result to bigger capacity after they are healed. That’s why I’m asking this question, nothing bad is happening I’m just curious

So far my routine is only 5 min warm up 100 wet jelqs 5 min warm down, this is my 3rd month of newbie routine.

I don’t do anything different than a 5 minute warm down or a hot shower after PE.


Starting stats- BP 5x4.5 (2002) Current stats- PBEL 7.25x5.25 (2012) PE is a marathon, not a sprint!
