I’ve got a little over a inch measurement when I push into fat pad to measure. So I’m sure once I diet to cut I could get a half inch more to penis. Or is a inch the usual minimum fat pad size regardless of overall body fat amount? What is yours?

Some men on this site report no fat pad. Genetics I think are at play here.

My fat pad is at least an inch and I hate it. When I push it back flat against my pubic bone with a good erection, I am encouraged by what I see.

Wish I had no fat pad. I have dieted, become a gym rat in the last 12 years, exercised regularly, but the last inch refuses to go.

Mine is about an inch, and my experience is that it doesn’t change all that much. I was very sick after some surgery and lost about 35 lbs. (My normal weight is about 205.) My fat pad remained even though I had very very little fat on my body any where else.

And I agree that genetics seems to play a significant role.

1” here as well…wish I could get rid of it, but even when I was in better shape than now it was 0.75” at best.

You could consider fat pad liposuction. I know the procedure is fairly common but you would have to research for cost and what to expect for permanent results.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Mine consistently gets bigger the fatter I get. Right now mine is over an inch.

I have been on a diet and I had good results on my fat pad.

However, I think that even at low BF you still retain some fat in the area.


Starting in 06/01/2015 - BPEL - 5.813 / EG 5.313

Current - BPEL - 6.750 / EG - 5.500

I am in my mid Forties and my fat pad is 0.25”.I have always had a low body fat percentage.I am one of these people who can eat whatever and never gain weight unless I really try to do so.

I have 1” and a half of fat pad, should try some diet to try to get rid of at least half inch, it’s quite a big difference from bone pressed size and not bone pressed.


Start: BPEL: 15 EG: 12

Today: BPEL: 17.5 EG: 12.5

Goal: BPEL: 18 EG:13

Ha ha yeah I know lads. I do eat healthy and keep myself pretty fit though it all helps.
