Fairly new member first post
I’ve noticed that some complain that new members don’t post, well here is my first post.
I started PE way back when Hubbard’s site was new. I jelqed and tried that damn swim cap thing but .. Hell I could never get it to work. I think I started at about 6.2 BPEL and jelqed my way up to just under 7 inches in about 6 months. Then I stopped .. Sort of, I still and always have manually stretched with my hands but never even knew this was a form of PE?!
Anyway, here I am back again and amazed how things have evolved and advanced!
I have went down to 6.5 starting out again 3 weeks ago but really quickly have made it back up to 7 again! Which is really a tad bit bigger than I was before. I haven’t measured girth yet as I don’t have a wrap around tape measure thing but will measure as soon as a way becomes available.
My first week in I focused on jelqing and manual stretching, after that I started hanging..
I have constructed a captain’s wrench which is awesome! And am now hanging 2 days on 1 off with 6 pounds to start 3 sets of 20 minutes each. Immediately after hanging I jelq 10 minutes or until I feel fatigued enough, then I do an ADS wrap until I go to bed.
Any input on my routine would be appreciated, and Thank You Thunders for such an informative awesome site!
