Extreme Uli

I have added the extreme uli to my routine. I like it alot, I have noticed a change in my Penis size , seems to be temporary but hopefully will be permanent some day !! So my question is how many times a day can you perform the extreme uli on your penis ?

Why don’t you start a progress thread rather than making a new thread every time you try something or have a question. The multiple daily threads are getting old.

And search, all the answers you seek are in the forum already.

If you are a beginner, please stick to the Newbie Routine.

Do not attempt advanced exercises, and Extreme ULIs are very advanced. You can injure yourself.

Take it slow, and do not use much force. All you need is basic jelqing and stretching. You will learn more about your penis and how it responds to the exercises, so you can be a better judge in the future on what you need to do.
