Extreme cock fatique after P.Eing am I going to hard

Extreme cock fatique after P.Eing am I going to hard

My first session I went at it for like an hour at least. And I couldn’t really get a hard erection for 2 days after that. My next session a few days later same deal. My cock felt really worked/weak. How long should I keep my sessions being new to this? Or is this normal? Thanks

Also is it true that you should not ejaculate 3 hours before or after P.E ing? What is the reason for this?? And is too much masturbation detrimental to making gains? Thanks

Like I said before, your just beginning. You cannot put to much stress on your cock otherwise that’s going to happen. Stick to the newbie routine for 2-3 months. You WILL see gains, you just have to be patient. View the newbie routine, you can make slight alterations but nothing to dramatic. Definitely lighten your current routine up.

With regard to playing fireman. There are many theories. Some say that when you ejaculate it releases certain endorphins and hormones that cause the penis to shrivel up or some bull shit. But I don’t think that’s the case, I’ve talked to a lot of experienced PEers and they have gained and masturbated at the same time. However, If you do masturbate, you won’t get the long thick feeling after your work out, which causes me to refrain from masturbating. Hope this helped!

Youre a newbie. Youre supposed to do the newbie routine. Stick to it. More IS NOT better.

I gained while masturbating 2-4 times a day, so I dont think it effects gains….

Those problems are very normal if you keep overdoing it like that. Just do the newbie routine.

Retired.

Forget a newbie routine, when I first started I stretched for 30 minutes and I never let go. I did it for 30 minutes.

When I jelqed I did it for 20 minutes and I flexed the PCs for 15 minutes.newbie routines are just there to waste all your time for 2 months.

Newbie routines have been designed based on the experiences of 1000s of PEers over several years. We always err on the side of caution particularly for people who have never done PE before. Newbies many times do not know how much is too much until they end up with an injury. There should be enough workout in the newbie routines to be able to tell after several weeks to two months whether you can simply up the intensity and/or reps, or maybe incorporate a different, intermediate level exercise. Some folks can get away with doing what would be considered too much too soon, others end up posting injury threads.

1 hour is too much for someone who has never done PE, as evidenced by horsecock’s lack of temporary lack of erectile function.

For the first few months my routine consisted of 15-20 minutes of light-to- moderate jelqing (after a 5 minute warm-up in a cup of hot water. I didn’t have any problems moving up in intensity and I only got the red spots once when I decided to move up to 40 minutes of high-intensity jelqing (6 - 8 months after starting.) Go slow and you shouldn’t have any problems. Good luck.

PE is like starting any other exercise; start slowly and build up to condition your body and prevent injury. I adjusted the newbie routine going into my third week, and only by 10 minutes of additional manual stretching (though I started wearing an ADS today). I’d hate to have an injury, temporary or permanent due to being over ambitious.

You say this as if you’re advocating it, yet you went an amazing 6 months with zero gains. From what I can tell around here, 6 months without even so much as some easy newbie gains is a pretty rare phenomenon. Hell, I gained a half an inch in my first month with no stretch longer than 30 seconds. Any chance at all your lack of gains had anything to do with overtraining right out of the gate? Any chance at all??

You claim that a newbie routine is only there to waste our time, yet the only thing you can actually prove is that your method of skipping a logical newbie routine and jumping right to “advanced” stretching to the point of pain (the pain reference is to another one of your posts in another thread) is the true waste of time. A waste of 6 months of time, no less.

You just have no idea how big your head is." - Lon Milo DuQuette "The mind's role in P.E. is more important than the hand that touches the penis." - Mr. Nine Just ignore the crazy old man in his tinfoil-lined pyramid hat, smelling of EVO and muttering Ohhmmm my penis growwwws. He's not always to be taken literally.

It turns out that doing too much too hard is counter productive, especially when first starting out. You don’t have to believe us if you don’t want to. Your choice.

Thanks for the advice guys. Ill stick to the newbie routine for at least 2-3 weeks before I go at like a madman again.

When you have an erection, blood is rushed to the penis and more blood means more healing. So as far as I can see, sustaining an erection with activities like masturbation can only be beneficial to PE.
