HI, guys

Due to my hectic working hours, I often fall asleep when I get home without doing my manual exercises, in the mornings I can’t seem to wake up just to damn tired.
Its going to be like this for a couple more moths at the office iv been told.

My question is, is it a good idea to invest in an extender, and will I see any results without including manual exercises in my work out?
What are the expected results with extenders?
Any help will be much appreciated

I’m intending on extending for the next 12 months. It seems to give great results if used with light force for long periods periods of time. Its a commitment though so I would only do it if you know your going to have the time.

Do A search here or on google.

Anything Marinera or Raybbay has to say on extenders is worth taking notes.
