Due to my hectic working hours, I often fall asleep when I get home without doing my manual exercises, in the mornings I can’t seem to wake up just to damn tired.
Its going to be like this for a couple more moths at the office iv been told.
My question is, is it a good idea to invest in an extender, and will I see any results without including manual exercises in my work out?
What are the expected results with extenders?
