Extenders vs Bib Hanger. Your experienced advice please.

Hi all,

First post here. Now, I did try searching for an answer and either I’m not very alert or the answer hasn’t been asked, but I’m hoping to find a consensus on what is better for length gains: an extender or a hanger?

I have bought the bib hanger and have been using it for some time now, it’s a lot more comfortable than expected and I have no issue with it, but I keep hearing things about extenders.

What do you all recommend? And if the vote swings to extenders, which one is considered the most effective?

I personally think you’re comparing apples to oranges. As far as I know there is no extender on the market capable of deforming ligaments or internal structures anywhere near as much as you could with a hanger. Angles, attachment, weight, etc are all much more variable with a hanger.

I use both extenders and the bib. Make sure your getting a good wrap when hanging. The older vets in hanging suggest at least an ADS after hanging so the penis will heal in an elongated state and to prevent turtling.

Is it really apples and oranges? They’re both meant to extend the penis, correct? Are you saying that one just isn’t as effective? The vibe I get from you guys is that the extender is at best a supplementary device, and should only be used as an addition to hanging (or hands as it were, but I have difficulty there).

Why difficulty?

I used my hands for a year and others in here have done much longer. Search search and search some more

Never used bibs just extend with a combo of tools no slip ots just make sure you release the noose everyno and then to allow blood flow it is slower than jelq but more comfortable once one gets used to dick beign stretched over a coupleof hours on a daily basis. No I do not find any deformities or other type of injuries if one is careful and sensible enough to use the device properly

I find that when I try to use my hands only for stretch, I get a lot of skin and not much stretch from the actual penis. The bib hanger tends to solve that problem for me

To stay on your question, I would go with an extender before trying hanging. I think for most of people they are equally effective but hanging is requires more privacy and, if you don’t want to do infinite sets, you’ll be forced to raise the weight, so your penis will toughen faster.
