Hi, I work 2 jobs and am married with a baby at home. I’m looking to PE while I’m at work. What is better, an extender or an ADS? I was looking at the stuff monkeybar sales and I’m not sure which one to get?
Are both of these stealthy so I can wear them under pants?
You can’t wear extenders underwear; maybe you could wear a vac-ads, altough I never tried it.
Pretty sure the autoxsleeve is the stealthiest.

I just did a search for “extender stealth” and got a page of results. I quick look at three and all of them did in fact advisine on what to use for stealth PE.

I worked at a state school surrounded by co-workers and I wore my extender there and no one seemed to notice I never have an issue with keeping it concealed and I have the x4labs one but from my exp. They are very easy to conceal and to use they just hurt like nothing I felt
