Extender to Hanger Advice

I’d like input on how much weight I should be using hanging. I used a extender for about 3-4 months 4 hours a day about a year ago. Gained a small amount and quit. Now I’m hanging using a AFB hanger I made trying to reduce the time it takes to PE. I’ve been using 6 lbs BTC for a week but I’m not feeling sore or anything besides skin stretch sometimes. Doing about 3-5 sets all 20-30 mins. Thinking using the extended may make me more than just a beginner but I don’t want to step up the weight prematurely.

It most likely has conditioned you for hanging but not the skin stretch because a hanger attaches to a different part of the penis. Unless your using one that attaches to the head which isn’t a great idea. I’m not sure what an AFB hanger is so I’ll go off a clamp style and say up time before weight and when you feel like it’s not doing much up the weight by about .5 a pound. In the beginning hanging has a huge learning curve and it’s not about the weight but more so the technique and getting used to wrapping and so on.

AFB is one I found in the diy hangers. Basically its two 1 1/2”x 4” metal plates with 2 bolts that you tighten with wingnuts and yeah it clamps about 1 1/4” behind the head from what I’ve read. I don’t use much of a wrap about 18” of a 2” band of that stretchy bandage(like ace bandage but sticks to itself). When you say up the time do you mean more than 30 mins at a time or more sets? Honestly at 5 sets of 30 I’m almost up to extender time by the time you add in the breaks. Which I’m trying to avoid.

First I wouldn’t go more then 20 at a time with a clamp style so I suggest breaking it into 20 min sets. Make sure your using heat before and after each set.

Second I use the same kind of wrap and I would suggest looking up Malehangers wrapping videos on the web. It helped me wrap better with the visuals. I use a bib hanger however not the malehanger, to each his own.

Third unfortunately hanging is extremely time consuming and at lower weights you simply need more time under tension just like with and ADS. As you build up weight you can try less time under tension that’s what I was doing recently. Some of us are even able to cycle hanging, so say you do three months on two months of some other PE to keep from losing our minds because it’s truly boring.

Thanks. I’ll check the wrapping vid. I may end up making a bib. I was at work when I made this one and used pieces of stuff I found laying around so it cost me nothing lol.

And I use heat in the beginning for 10 mins and use it some in first set after that I don’t. From what I read that’s how they instruct. Haven’t felt the need for a cool down.
