Extender Routine

Extender Routine

Hello all! Newbie here looking for some direction. I am new to PE and only have been doing stretches and jelqs for the last week or two. I purchased an andro extender and am trying to decide if I should follow this routine I found online. I doubt it’ll give the promised “2 inches in 6 months” but I’m figuring 0.5 -1 inch would be great. I think I’ll do the newbie routines along with wearing the extender.

I have been reading around the forum and everyone seems to warn about over training. Does this routine look like a normal penis extender routine or is it doing too much ?

wont give you 2 inch in 6 month. I doubt 1 inch too.
Extenders don´t stress your penis as much as other techniques. It surely wears your skin, create bruises, and complications, but not related to the inner structures cos the tension is low and the process is not based in mid-high stress level but in consistency with a low low level of stress. I don´t think rest days are needed with extender for anything but to let the grip point heal from the extender grip.

about the routine you proposed there, I´d say the jelq doesnt add much to it. Thats a factor that could indeed lead to overtraining.

But it´s unlikely that you will be able to wear extender 12 hour while also doing hundred of jelqs with good form.
those jelq will create some slight swelling in the collagenous tissue and other structures that can disrupt the extender function.
This is my understanding

So what do you suggest ? Do I just jelq for the time being then use the extender after some months?
Or is the extender not going to help at all?

Interesting routine. The rest days look good. What does not pass my smell test is that it has extender “in-cycles” progressing up to 2+ hours and consecutively throughout the same day. Personally when I am doing multiple sets throughout the day my “in-cycle” duration tolerance reduces due to the cumulative impact of blood restriction to the glands throughout the day. I also didn’t notice any indication regarding tension levels, higher tension levels further impact “in-cycle” times.

I would begin with just getting a feel for the extender. Work on acclimating and learning about your attachment method(s) as well as working to understand adjusting through tension levels.

The extender is a grind and the first step is bonding with the extender because without this bond the final step is not possible, which is putting in the time day in and day out.

If you haven’t done any pe I think the extender will give you 1 cm gain https://onlinel ibrary.wiley.co … 0X.2008.08083.x I followed that routine which was 6 hours at 600 gr for 3 months and got pretty much the same results I got 1.5 cm but then got overzealous and started stretching real hard and think I lost 5 mm but not sure if I really gained 1.5 or just 1 cm.

Very much agree
The +2 inch in 6 months is not realistic.
but also I would not mix jelq and extender. Didnt work for me.

I would stick to extender, do the learning curve, adapt to it, and put some thousands hours over some months.

I gained 1” in a year with an extender after gaining .5” in 4 months with a pump. Everybody is different, but I think the extender works great. I turn it up to 11 though:) Seriously I crank it as high as possible, I can’t imagine having much more stress on my penis than what the extender causes. Anymore than what I do, and it would be too painful and unhealthy.

Started 6.4" in the tube 2/18. Now 8" 6/10/19 in tube. 6/10/19 BPEL 7.7", BPFSL 8". Began extender 9/4/18, followed by pumping. Short term goal 8" in the tube.Long term goal. 8" x 6" outside of tube. Penimaster rods 11/6/18: UP: 2x.5cm, 2x2cm, 2x4cm, 2x8cm,2x6cm

This aligns with the approach I took.

I was rarely able to go over two hours in a “single cycle”, but I’d only go “out of cycle” for ~ five to ten minutes to pee, stretch it, do some fire goat rolls and then back in for two hours.

I got up to 12+ hours per day pretty quickly and held it for four months before being happy with my growth and getting somewhat lazy.

Maybe not true, fully. Switched devices (first broke) and I felt the second was too visible under my clothes.

You can do it, you will see results. I personally wouldn’t worry about an over training element to the plan. I might modulate my in cycles for comfort, but the overall hours is reasonable.

I’d also make sure to focus on getting the tension up during those 12+ hours per day.

Check out some of my earlier posts and even to the 1/2 point, you’ll see me discuss routines like that one described.

Best of luck on the journey.
