Extender products vs hanging

I have a Pro Extender which is supposed to extend my penis kind of similar as hanging but without weights. But I am curious if it is a substitute or if I should still keep hanging in my routine. And I guess the same goes for pumping. I have a Dr. Joels Kaplan pump, does that substitute for anything like clamping?

Please advise. And also please give your thoughts on my routine.

All Day
5-6 Hours Pro Extender

5 Min Hot Towel Wrap
10 Min manual stretching
20 Min Dr. Joels Pump
200 Wet Jelqs
50 Uli #3 Jelqs
10 Min PC Flex exercises
5 Min Massage

Most go by the idea of hanging and then using an ADS to keep it in an elongated state where it can heal.

I’ve never had the joy of hanging but I’m sure someone who has will chime in and give their experiences/advice.

Short-Term Goal: 6.25" EG by 9/1/14

I gained my length with an extender so I don’t think there’s anything wrong with using one in place of hanging. I do believe though that hanging is probably more effective and takes less time to see gains.

Pumping is no substitute for clamping. I just started clamping and it’s been awesome. When you start working on girth I highly recommend clamping.
