Extender Jelq

I just have started penis enlargement and I have bought a JES extender. Since the extenders just increase lenght and not girth, I am willing to do Jelq Newbie routine also, without the stretches. Is that OK?

That is a good question I am looking forward to some more experienced PErs to answer it. I asked this question to a good experienced one and he told to try just the Newbie routine for at least two month. I am still getting used to jelqing since I get hard erections all time. I will follow his advice tho. Cheers

You can jelq and use an extender no problem, just make sure you don’t do them at the same time.

What do you you mean by “don’t do them at the same time”? Does it mean to not do Jelqing in the SAME DAY of JES extender use?
The recommendation is to use the extender everyday and I am doing it so.
I wonder if after completing the recommendable 4 hours of extender usage I could do Jelqing (just warming and jelqing session of 10 minutes, two consecutive days and one off, no stretching). What do you experienced members think about that?

I mean don’t jelq while wearing the extender, I know, d’uh.

Sounds like a good plan with the jelqing afterwards.
