Extender in upward position?

Extender in upward position?

Is there a problem in using the extender in the upward position? Will it affect the results? Seems like the pulling inst the same..

My scrotum hurts to much when I’m using it downwards.

Have you tried wrapping the base with soft cloth or maybe even toilet paper? The plastic rubbing against the skin at the union of scrotum and penis shaft can cause quite a bit of irritation of and by itself. There is no problem wearing it upwards, other than it may be harder to conceal.

Yes, I have all ready tried but it still hurts..

Searching through net I can always finding someone saying that downwards is the way to go. I just hope they are not completely right.

I gained most of my length wearing mine upwards, so it should work for you too.

I wear mine in both directions but to be honest when I’m upward I can feel something going on in my penis, a good something. I go 30 minutes upward & an hour downward. When I get erect my penis stands almost hitting my belly button & I’m 45 years old. I believe in the upward extension.

I’ve had the same problem with my extender. My issue was that the base of the extender was pulling on my scrotum. To alleviate this problem I would have to… (When the extender is full attached and in place)
- Slightly lift the base of the extender where it’s in contact with my scrotum.
- Pull some of the skin of my sack upwards toward the penis. (or toward the inside of the base loop)

Pretty sure your issue is just about re-adjusting your ball sack.

BTW. Pulling down is very important with extending. Works you tendons. Pulling up puts tension on the tissue of your penis. I’ve used both positions, but for different reasons.

I primarily point down, but occasionally go up. I have found that lubing up with lotion helps reduce the ball burn significantly.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.
