Extender -Adding Rods

I am wondering what other SG users find as their length extends through the day’s sessions.

I am now into week 4 which some encouraging early gains.

Week 1, I had (2x2”) + (1x0.5”) rods which is 4.5” on top of the base rods.

At the moment I start with (2x2”) + (1x1”) which is 5” on top of the base rods.

Through increasing tension and then adding rods through the day, my last sessions are with (2x2”) + (2x1”) + (1x0.5”) which is 6.5” on top of the base rods.

I am adding 1.5” through the day

How does this compare?
