Has anyone here been taking extended breaks from PE routine. I am doing 5 days on and 2 off for 3 months.

Wondering if there is value in taking a week off or even a month?

Some people do that - PE for 6-8 weeks, than 2-4 weeks off. It’s called deconditioning break.

Taking a week or 2 off every few months is always a good idea and good for gaining. It gives your cock time to fully recover from your PE exercises and is a beneficial if not almost necessary part of a successful PE effort.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I have taken several longer breaks from PE through my career. Some were because of injuries, some for over training, and some for deconditioning.

They have uses, but there is no point in doing PE for 3 weeks, and then not do it for a month.

There seems to be a couple of schools of thought regarding breaks.

There are those who say, once you notice you aren’t gaining any longer, take a break to decondition and rest.

Then there are those who say, and I noticed this with hanging, that you never let the tissues rest, keeping a relentless pressure on the ligs and tunica so that eventually you get bigger.

As I am just beginning to hang, I’m going to adhere to the latter approach for the next few months and see what happens.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Yeah your penis will thank you for that too, I take a full week off every two months or so from working out. I usually pig out those times too, gained 3 lb’s from that once!!!

I’m taking off on the 4th of July for Alaska. It will be about a week and a half off. I don’t know if I’ll be able to totally stop jelqing. I think I’m becoming addicted so the deconditioning will be a good thing to try. I believe June 15th is my next measure date. At times I seem to have gained and other times it seems the same. The break may be needed to get started gaining again. Good question boardlogon.

Mind over matter. All of life is transitional.

Thanks to all for sharing. It is hard to take a break when you are eager newbie. I noticed EQ improvement when I had 3 day, rather than 2 day rest.
