Expieriencing loss of erection in beginning
Hi all I’m a new Pi’er. I’ve done it about 4 times. I read a lot before doing, but there is just so much info on jelqing!
I’m afraid that I may have hurt my self.
First time jelqing, I warmed up wrong, and was way too rough for the first session. I havent really had my normal penis since then. Its been a little over a week since, and my flaccid state shrunk.
I can still get erections if I try, but I feel like my penis has shrunk. So am I doing something wrong, or is this typical?
I’ve been reading up on different beginner exercises, and I have since then changed routine
1.5 min wake up
2. 10 min warm up hot pack
3.10 minutes of mid soft pressure jelqing
I hear other people have increased erections, and I’m fearing that the first time I hurt my self, and havent been seeing the right results because of that first time since. I really havent gotten many erections, maybe an erection a day.
Is this normal, is there anything I can do to fix this? Do you suggest a different routine for beginning. How long would it take to heal if I overworked my member?
