Expert Advice Needed
Iv recently built a homemade stretching device and have incorporated stretching into to my routine:
5min warm up
15min stretching
5min dry jelq
15min stretching
10min dry jelq
1. After 2 weeks I feel my unit hangs down more when flaccid but with no gain in BPEL. Is this a good sign or am I doing something wrong?
2. After around 15min on the stretcher the head of my unit starts getting cold. Is this normal? I cannot loosen the grip on the stretcher because then my dick slips off.
Please advice me if anything else has to be done to improve my routine.tks
