Iv recently built a homemade stretching device and have incorporated stretching into to my routine:

5min warm up
15min stretching
5min dry jelq
15min stretching
10min dry jelq

1. After 2 weeks I feel my unit hangs down more when flaccid but with no gain in BPEL. Is this a good sign or am I doing something wrong?

2. After around 15min on the stretcher the head of my unit starts getting cold. Is this normal? I cannot loosen the grip on the stretcher because then my dick slips off.

Please advice me if anything else has to be done to improve my routine.tks

1. Yes this is normal. I’ve heard you gain in flaccid BEFORE you gain in erection length.

2. I’m not so sure but sounds like the device may be too tight??

My flaccid length increased soon after I started hanging. I mean the typical length of my flaccid penis, not a stretched (BPFSL) measurement. I had done manual stretching before and had gained pretty well from it. So, at least in my case, the longer duration stretch from hanging was more beneficial for flaccid length increase than manual stretching and jelqing.

2 weeks isn’t enough time to determine the efficacy of a program. Go for at least a month.

The tighter the gripping force, the less bloodflow can be maintained. Of course, the more tension you use the tighter the device must grip. You didn’t say what you’re using for a stretcher or how much tension you’re applying. You may be able to improve the design or adjust your wrap or other variables. If you’re using a good bit of pull, even with a well-designed hanger/stretcher you’ll be limited to 15-20 minute sets.

You should start out with very little stretching force on your device (Try an inch less than your erect length) and increase force little by little over time. The head will get cold after some time, take it off and massage to get the blood flow back - then put it back on. :)

Thanks alot for the feedback. I’m using a stretcher where my penis is clamped between two cushioned rods and a elastic band attached to the rods is doing the pull, not weights. I don’t know what the device is called but it doesnt exert a great amount of pull. Just enough for a light stretch. Right now I only do two sets of 15min each. Should I increase the amount of sets? Or would the current number be enough for growth? Also iv heard that a light stretch for a longer period is better than a heavy stretch for a short period. Is this true?

You seem to be using the maximum tension your stretcher can provide. Using less pull for more time makes more sense than using it at max for only 30 minutes.

You could reduce the tension (move the elastic band higher up your leg or wherever it is attached) and loosen the stretcher’s grip enough that it still holds but your head doesn’t slip through. Use the least amount of gripping force necessary. That should allow you to go for longer without the head going cold/blue.
