Experiencing slow gains!

Is the reason why I am experiencing slow gains because my LOT is at 6 which means I have loose ligs? I am 2 and a bit months into my routine and have stopped gaining, I was hoping to get at least 0.5” from the beginner 3 months.

I’ve been doing 10-15 mins of stretching in all directions.
AND
15-30 mins of jelqing.

I usually do my routine in one go. Should I try separating it into smaller intervals and more frequently throughout the day? Any recommendations to what might help?

I started with PE one month after you and I do the newbie routine all at once also. How have your PI’s been? EQ? 30 min jelqing seems like an awful lot for someone with less than 3 months into PE. I do only 7 min of jelqing currently and seem to get a good enough workout. Advice I received from an experienced moderator, “If you do too much too fast your dick will get conditioned to the work and toughen up against injury which will make it harder to gain”. Good information I thought I would pass along. I started PE with 15 jelqing thinking I would do more than recommended and gain faster. But after reading this, lowered time to 7. But I too am interested to get a more experienced opinion on this. ๐Ÿ˜Š

You’ll need a whole year of consistent PE to gain 0.5” not two months.

I would say any gain that can’t be chalked up to EQ or measurement technique changes is super significant and you should really respect yourself for that sort of gain.

We don’t all gain at the same rate, so try not to compare yourself with the big gainers.

Thank for the positive words of encouragement. I was just thinking gains come quicker at the beginning and come slower down the track. So if I do not gain a lot now then later it will take a long long time.

To TypicalGuy001, I normally do my 10 mins of stretching then something distracts me and I redo later 10-15 mins of stretching to loosen out my unit. That is all constant. For jelqing 30 mins is a really long time to do it ,so I do it till I get bored which can sometimes be 15mins of jelqing instead. I cannot maintain an erection for long enough to do it constantly for the whole time. I normally have to re-stimulate every 3 mins or so to make sure my erection level is at an ok percent.

Not sure if doing two 20 min stretches at different times of the day, Morning then Night is over working it or what not. I’m going to keep at it regardless and see where it takes me. I ultimately want to be at least 6.5” NBPEL and then I will be happy. After that I will continue and if I dont gain anymore then I wont be disappointed. I just want the extra length to help assist and make jelqing easier as my mseg is 5.5” so that isnt too bad and then later I can work on it to be 6” and max 6.5” but that would be harder than gaining length haha.

Sorry TypicalGuy001, forgot to answer all your questions. PI’s are fine, except for under the glans below my foreskin as I am uncut, it gets a bit red around it and flakey due to the stretching. EQ is around 8-10 except I never feel an EQ of that in my glans as it is not very large and is smaller than my MSEG. Maybe 4.7” compared to MSEG 5.5”.

Hey mrweenie, sounds like a good plan to me. As far as stretching I only do 5 min before jelqing, but I do 10 sec stretches (up, down, down/left, down/right, SO) every time I piss. So doing them twice a day is probably ok. Just keep a good eye on your unit, PI’s and EQ. At the end of your routine try edging a bit and see if you can get a good erection. If you can’t then you need to back off a little. If your hang is good all day with no turtling, you’re on the right track. I too have seen slight gains in my 5 weeks of PE and it sure is encouraging. I am going to stop measuring so often, maybe every month or so. Then when gains come to a halt, ramp up jelq time some and see if that works. Good luck to you and keep us updated!

Good to hear, I do 30 sec stretches and same directions. Well basically I upped it because it said to at the 6 week mark. I don’t think I ever turtle and I am always able to maintain an erection after a routine. Just hoping to get any kind of gains to know if I am on the right track and what I am doing is working for me. I guess only time will tell. Still haven’t reached the 3 months mark but I don’t see myself as an easy gainer so far. Will do to keeping you updated :D

Man if I had your girth I probably wouldn’t be here! Dude if go balls deep my wife bucks like a horse! (Think she has a shallow vagina tbo) So girth is what I am really focused on. But I know it is a long process and we need patience to get through it. Let’s be positive and think we are easy gainers! ๐Ÿ˜‰

Yeah well I guess I am lucky though another 0.5” wont hurt hehe. It’s just i’ve had it for so long it looks small to my perception. Maybe I need more length to really be able to see my size properly. But what I also really want is a thicker more mushroom head.

Could you elaborate on your procedure for jelqs?

What I do is put on a timer and try to do 3 sec strokes from my base to just a few cm’s from the glans and keep repeating for around 10-15mins. Keep at around 60-80% erection level. Jelqing at a medium grip or a bit greater. Do an OK grip and jelq upwards towards my belly button area. Anything else I may have forgot to mention?

I tend to jelq into full pressure and maybe up to 101-103% full, to get the stretching action. I also don’t hold for more than .5 seconds because at this pressure level I’ll probably rupture vessels if I hold that long. I don’t track times, but I track reps, at least 100 a time for me.
