Experiencing Problems With Girth Work

Hey guys hope everybody’s doing well. So as the title says I’m having problems with girth work. I’m confused and at a loss of what to do. Just for some background, I’m 3 1/2 months in, i have experienced gains and have felt myself in that “sweet spot”. But more recently, the past month or so has not been so good. My unit is definitely tougher than when i began PE and also it feels like almost any amount of girth work does not produce the same expansion as it used to and also causes turtling. Im confused on what to do. Ive tried dialing down my training even taking up to 7 days off of girth work at a time to try to fix this.

The best way for me to describe this is
- my penis just will not relax
- unit is generally tougher
- unit “fights” me on girth work and will not keep the expansion after workout like it was previously

I have been following a 2 on 1 off schedule for girth work of 5 min pumping at 3hg 15 min jelqing or even less than that

Can anyone please add some advice on what to so, my thoughts have been
- 2 weeks deconditioning
- maintain the routine for 2 more weeks see what happens
- up intensity
- use dmso

If you hit a wall where you stop improving, its usually because:

1) Unit fatigue caused by insufficient rest and or too much stress.

2) Unit has fully adapted to current stressors and requires an uptick in intensity.

Based on what you wrote, it seems that in your case, its more the latter. 5 minutes of pumping at 3Hg is extremely light for a guy that’s 3 1/2 months in. That’s more for a beginner.

Just for the sake of comparison, I’m almost 3 months in and my unit can easily handle 15Hg for 10 minutes. 5Hg was my starting point.

Now I am not saying to do what I do, and infact, I would say definitely don’t do what I do. I’m just saying, you can’t expect to grow indefinitely using light newbie routines like what you’re currently doing.

You have to kick it up a notch every so often.

If you check the link in my signature, it will tell you everything I’ve been up to these past 3 months.

In a nutshell though, high pressure pumping has been working wonderful for me.

I just had to move up to a bigger cylinder in fact, but I’m still waiting on my sleeve to come in so I can dial up the pressure.
